  1. I won't be going that far but he definitely needs to go. As always though, it's all in the replacement.
  2. We're more likely to end up as a midtable league one team than a midtable premier League team under this ownership.
  3. Well yeah, Venkys total inept ownership feels like an eternity I suppose.
  4. What a depressing 10 years. I can't believe it's been that long and across the whole of the 10years, we've not even had one decent attempt at getting back there. Thinking back to the start of our relegation, the total shambles that followed. You couldn't make it up.
  5. You'll be spot on with both points. It's so frustrating, like tearing your hair out frustrating on how the club is run. If we ever get a statement, I reckon it will say something like "the search for a new manager will begin shortly" a process that should have been underway for weeks.
  6. The absolute state of football. £4.25bn sale of Chelsea agreed. How much would it cost to buy Rovers? £10-15m?? £4.25bn and we sit here growing increasingly concerned about being £200m in debt and yet there's even more astonishing amounts of money sloshing around in the league above. The whole game needs a full restart.
  7. Mowbray as DoF and Venus as manager. You heard it here first.
  8. Is this it? Will the curtain finally come down on Mowbrays reign? Will the club actually acknowledge it and make a statement? Will Waggot crawl out from under his rock and talk to the LET about any plans moving forward? Or will we just play this game and get radio silence from everyone at Ewood Park once more?
  9. @dallydally still confident about your previous statement? (Obviously clinging to a resounding yes from you on this one)
  10. Yep, I'd be alright with circa £250k. His injuries are a big concern though. He's still injured now, isn't he?
  11. It's a ridiculous rollercoaster following Rovers. Even just for what should be standard things like trying to get the best manager we can. Farke announced at the weekend, we're on a high. Farke isn't coming and we're shopping in the bargain bin, we're back down.
  12. Same, no chance I'd be paying a transfer fee, certainly not if we are talking in the millions.
  13. And yet, all they appoint are incompetent people as backroom staff, managers, board members, CEO etc. They've been continuously doing it for 12 years. It can't mean that much to them when they make no steps to rectify it.
  14. God help them if they watch that shower and think about applying.
  15. Dyche/Farke both are absolute no brainers. Irrespective of where they have managed in the past, there is no way you could turn down either, both represent probably the best chance of moving the club forward to a significant level. None of this 5 year journey bullshit that leaves you only marginally further on than when you started. You'd be mental to turn either down.
  16. Great news. Full backs have always struggled under Mowbray and this coaching set up. Be great to see how he plays under a different (and hopefully better) manager. Lenihan also still in talks about a new deal according to Sharpe.
  17. He managed just 9 wins from 41 games with Boro. That includes both transfer windows that season. He did, in fairness, do better in his interim role at Bournemouth. Still, it would be a disastrous appointment and one I can't believe we are even considering.
  18. God help them. Make sure they keep all the knives locked up. Don't turn your back on him for a second.
  19. Quite surprised to see Gallagher getting the most (Peter Jackson's) Man of the Match awards. Second half of the season has been so bad, I guess those just pass you by.
  20. They'll give you the keys to BRFCS.com (Disclaimer: they probably won't)
  21. If you're on the wind up, I hope the admin ban you for life!!
