Phew, only 28 games in! I was getting worried for a few years there. Right, so now he claims we are only just building our "identity" and the last few seasons were just to consolidate our position. This is literally, the slowest build ever. I'm not sure exactly what kind of identity we are trying to build now? We have very little shape, organisation and the players often look like they just met in the car park before kick off.

I see dinosaur Micks Cardiff are 2 up away at Luton and up to 7th as it stands. In fairness Tony "Good football" Mowbray's Rovers do have 2 games in hand but I wouldn't stick a mercer on him using the advantage.

He needs to play regular first team football before he is any use to us. Loan him for the season and see how he gets on.

I'd suggest that Waggot, like all the ones that were in his position (or similar) before him have no real power. Its Venkys that call the shots, it just about which agent has their ear at the time.
