  1. signed this kid following his release from Preston: https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2020/july/rovers-recruit-talented-tyrhys/
  2. You're correct it does but it always leads back to the top, the club will never get the right people in the right places until we have new owners.
  3. We've been here before and will undoubtedly be here again. Calls for his head, poor results, people thinking he will walk and then boom, he pulls out a surprise result against someone, manages to string a few more results together and the picture gets a bit healthier. Ultimately we will hit another downward spiral at some point after and the cycle continues. He isn't going anywhere, anytime soon.
  4. Looks like we will end the season with a classic Mowbray winless streak. Embarrassing all round from players to manager. Too many problems to count that need sorting.
  5. This has caught me out thought it was on later. Mulgrew, wtf?
  6. Was wondering last night about Wharton, he's 22 now, surely it's now or never with regards to making it at Rovers.
  7. Yep, it would. All the while just remaining outside of the playoffs by 3/4 points.
  8. I was just thinking the same thing after reading Mellor Rover's summary. To sum up, after X amount transfer windows building the squad, we need a new player in every position (in some cases, x2 players)
  9. 4 point gap now. Barnsley, Leeds, Cardiff up next and you'd say we have to win all 3 to keep any aspirations alive. Needless to say, it's not happening
  10. Pretty clear that Gally continues to struggle with the role Mogga wants him to play. Even with a formation switch, it still doesnt help him. A proper winger, Chapman maybe, might very well flourish in a front 3 like this.
  11. Someone told me on twitter that AA had Covid-19, so is a bit behind on fitness.
  12. Aye it won't be easy which is why I put "winnable" (in ") but Wigan have been around the bottom of the table for most of the season. I'll be honest, didn't realise their form was that good.
  13. Really hoping we can win this, "winnable" games often seem to be our downfall. Gallagher ❌ Arma ✅
  14. I suspect the extensions to all those first teamers till the end of the season is a little bit of arse covering (Hart is an odd one but Bell and Williams are injured and Downing is better served elsewhere) but also a bit of TM's looking after his players mentality.
  15. Comfortably one of the worst decisions our owners have made.
  16. Safe and then possibly play off contenders next season!
  17. Cheers. The keeper situation is pretty worrying that we won't have any on the books in 8 games time. Also, with the way Venkys operate, we never seem to have our ducks in a row before hand.
  18. When does McLaughin's contract expire?
  19. What a stunning fall from grace. From.... 2 premier league titles, 4 golden glove awards, Englands number 1 To... Released by Burnley.
  20. It's a crazy situation where players contracts are up and they can just walk away with 8 games left. Madness.
  21. Hull are in some serious trouble. They had to beat Charlton, the game was massive for them. Into the bottom 3 now and I can't see them getting out of it now.
