Happy to see DG sign for another season. I think his experience brings a lot more to the team than we realise. Playing up front on your own is hard work and he does it well. although it will be a much tougher test this season for him.

Plenty of "sold for an undisclosed fee" lines to come out of Villa this summer. Followed by tip offs to Sky/Red Top rags of figures double the amount players were actually sold for. It's a shame that football is going this way, foreign owners buying clubs and promising the world but are only really interested in making cash for themselves by being in the premier league. When their plan fails, they just down tools and walk away leaving the club as a complete wreckage.

Like us, Leeds are just one owner decision from being a laughing stock. I’d bring him back and I suspect now Hudds are in the prem for another season, he’ll be available. Only 1 year left in his contract so a permanent move away would surely be on the cards.

It would be absolute lunacy if we were hit with a transfer ban after spending hardly anything. TM even went as far as to point out our wage bill and compared it to other championship clubs and we were miles off.
