  1. Mowbray needs a massive slap for restricting Rothwell so much.
  2. Do we have to....? Probs Graham or Travis (just for the breakthrough)
  3. I reckon we'll hold out for at least 9 mins tonight before conceding.
  4. Probably the best we could have hoped for with Mowbray in charge. Good to see Dack, Reed, Travis and Rothwell but we'll need to score 8 with William's at CB and Bennett at RB.
  5. If they beat Villa at home, I'll be worried. They could beat both Birmingham and Boro, who will have nothing to play for on that last day. I can't see where another Rovers win will come from, don't think we'll do Bolton we're such a mess.
  6. He gets through some fricking biscuits does this lad.
  7. No confidence whatsoever that Mowbray knows what he is doing. He will start his old guard and we will get comprehensively out played. Rovers 0-3 FLDCFC
  8. We need a good one. Reed is our best one and he won't be here next season, not that he plays there anyway. Neither Evans or smallwood are good enough. The squad overall needs so much work its unbelievable.
  9. When that boss music came on for the first time........
  10. No other option now as far as I am concerned. Anyone who thinks playing Bennett as a No. 10 deserves sacking for that alone.
  11. Hes gone full Bowyer (or was it Coyle) who takes a right back off in order to keep his favourite player on?
  12. Good post that and i agree that it feels like Bolton should be getting points deductions for their actions. Players still not paid. Bassini attended court on wednesday and the clubs barrister told the court the clubs potential buyer is here and has proof of funds. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47813930 Edit: Reading his Wiki page, it feels like the fit and proper owners test was created to stop people just like him owning football clubs. I await the announcement that he's now Bolton's new owner, passing the test with flying colours.
  13. If you're assuming we're getting relegated this season, then i'd probably agree with you.
  14. If they start winning games we'll have to tell our players to go on strike
  15. Always going to be, seems like a takeover is on the cards and it must have progressed since the last time they were in court.
  16. Our time will come, Stuart. That, I have no doubts.
  17. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47787062 I'm sure this happened a few weeks back and nothing happened but potential that Boltons next 2 home games are in doubt.
  18. Potentially a good attacking lineup within the squad -------------Graham Rothwell---Dack---Chapman Could even sub Graham out for the £7m prodigal son
  19. Jokanovic or Wagner but we are dreaming here. If Mowbray was to leave, it would be another awful appointment. Venkys are yet to get one correct.
  20. This is how they have run things from day one. It doesn't matter who sits in any director/CE role at Ewood, they never have any real power to do anything, Incidentally, this might actually work in our favour as it means Waggott won't be able to keep Mowbray in a job.
  21. If Williams is still part of the starting 11 for the opening game of next season, Mowbray has failed massively. As much as it pains me to say it, he needs to be bringing in a natural centre back to replace Mulgrew. A new first choice centre back should be his No.1 priority. This target should already be identified and work now taking place in order to make the transfer happen as soon as the window is open. I don't want him signing someone late and then pulling the "he needs to get up to speed with our system" rubbish he has in the past. As i say, we'll land this Charlton lad (or someone similar), who'll end up sat on the bench for most of the season behind Mulgrew and Lenihan.
