  1. This is irony? He's the main culprit giving the ball away
  2. That was absolute tripe.... so lucky not to be losing. Same as the Luton game, inviting trouble all the time. Manager hasn't a clue if that's the way he wants us to play
  3. Tomasson is making Mowbray look like a tactical and motivational genius
  4. £2.5m Szmodics falls over under no pressure.....
  5. And quality Dolan loses the ball again after another stupid Ayala pass
  6. Dolan showing his "quality" there
  7. Ayala's the worst, gives the ball away every time, get him off
  8. If Rovers are under manager's orders to play like this Tomasson hasn't a clue......
  9. Cardiff manager has done his homework... press us high and they'll get chances
  10. Giving it away in our third all the time. It's ridiculous
  11. Here we go.... farting about
  12. BBC preview for tonight saying Luton have won only once at home this season I wonder who that was against?
  13. What I do NOT want to see tonight is more fannying about with the ball at the back. When did it ever lead to a goal (except against us)
  14. Dolan starting 🙄 I really wouldn't Good to see Brittain back
  15. World Cup cricket in the US... really? Like football, cricket has sold its soul to Mammon, driven by money only, summed up by the the nonsense that is the 100. Australia squeezing in a tour to South Africa in the same summer as an Ashes series is crazy too. Money rules. RIP Test cricket
  16. Lancs Live......"The Chilean". Someone born and bred in the Potteries isn't Chilean. Just because he plays for Chile doesn't make him "Chilean". He's an Englishman who plays for Chile. I wouldn't sign if I were him, some lower Premier League club will take a gamble on him soon
  17. Reducing the number of county cricket games is not the way to produce a top Test team. It's almost inevitable England will get hammered again in the next Ashes series, there'll be more hand wringing, another review, and nothing will change, and so it goes on. The only conclusion is Test cricket is not a priority for the ECB.
  18. Clearly there’s been a humour bypass here
  19. The dreaded "Project" word. The poor old Wolves manager had one of those until today
  20. OK so you've got a thing about Le Saux but there can be little doubt he had more to offer as a player than Wright (good though he was). For a start, he was left footed, which made the team more balanced, he was quicker, and he was far more of an attacking threat. In case you're in any doubt, England caps: Le Saux 36, Wright 0. Rovers were a better team with Le Saux
  21. We were dire at Luton and we were dire for most of the match yesterday so is there any reason to expect anything different at Cardiff? The slow, laborious build-up and unnecessary passing from the back which has cost us so many goals is reminiscent of Mowbray and will lead in the end to the same results Cardiff 3 Rovers 0 And that's being optimistic
  22. Wasn't Alan Wright one of the first signings of Kenny Dalglish's reign? Good playe but we replaced him with an even better one - Le Saux. That's how we were then and how you win championships - always strengthening and signing better players than they ones you have
  23. We have, many times, not least since Tomasson took over. Luton's two goals in the last match came directly from our defenders playing around with the ball at the back
