Americanisms are a blight on the British English language and need to be resisted. Lawmakers instead of politicians or legislators is one that has become widely used in the media. Skedule instead of the correct schedule in the spoken word drives me nuts and the Oxford comma has crept into written language, and is very annoying (see what I did there?) And don’t anyone dare use train station instead of railway station

I was world class every time playing in the back garden On Brereton, he very much relies on confidence, A while ago he was in good form and playing well but at the moment he looks shot. I'd like to see him what he can do under a better coach and manager because he has alot of attributes, although he is unlikely ever to be a prolific scorer

Brereton's confidence has gone. Today he was snatching at shots, mistiming runs, holding the ball when he should pass, laying it off when he should keep it and miscontrolling the ball all the time. It's a shame because earlier in the season he was playing well and finally looking like a good player in the making. I think there's a good player in there somewhere but at the moment he's a liability
