The whole team looks shell shocked. The balance of that midfield isn't right, they have some really good athletic midfielders in Valverde who is not suited so deep, Camavinga who is not a left back and Tchouemani who is a sub.

City incredible and Real Madrid look awful, hard to make out whether it is just City being so good that makes them look so bad.

If we had their owners and non footballing staff with the added bonus of our academy to gain extra assets then we would be ahead. Such a shit state of affairs.

It says a lot about owners who are in your opinion within the very best in the division that merely nearly signing 2 loanees (one who was unobtainable) has you eulogising about potentially the best window in their tenure. Surely the summer we came up was up there, we signed 2 players identified that could have generated between them a huge profit had the aforementioned owners not refused to then sell one of.

Oh the irony! If anything I am looking from it more from other peoples points rather than my own as I will probably be able to still justify a season ticket but others wont. If it wasnt for Kaminski and Brereton in the first half of the season I suspect we wouldnt have been close to the top 6 to begin with. A season without either worries me.

Im sure the many on here who hate his guts would throw a party but lets be real, he has done brilliantly with a promoted squad full of big injuries at both ends. If he gets sacked it would be beyond harsh and I would be surprised if they got anyone better at this stage.

Inconsistent goalscorer who still got double anyone else, the supporting cast didnt step up this or last season. My "negativity" stems from the owners who continue to hinder us. Happy with Tomasson, Broughton has it to prove but not the main issue again. Neither is Waggott for all of his flaws. My initial point was highlighting the alternating fortunes between us and Luton over the last 12 years. Unsure how it has got on to me being negative about the current structure.

Also seemingly content to sell our best keeper and downgrade there!

Luton were in non league when Venkys took us over as a Prem team. Now they are quite a bit better than us.
