I’ve just sorted mine online. I’d recommend doing it on a laptop or tablet though. It was a nightmare trying to sort it on my phone…

I have tried to do it online on my phone, but it was being a right pain. I’ll try it again on the Mac….

Are they final comments? Or are they first impressions based on what people have seen so far? Unless people have said they’re final, maybe take them as the latter?

Just for a bit of context- my Netflix subscription costs £9.99 a month and I know I use this site much more than I use that! It is also the time taken by staff (not just me), the admin team behind the scenes put in far more time and effort than people realise. Whilst I can understand that ads are annoying and the idea of something potentially not being free any more that has been free for years isn’t ideal, we are doing the best we can to please everyone. In an ideal world, everything would be free for eternity and have no adverts, but that simply isn’t feasible any more, unfortunately. I’d hope people would appreciate that.

I wouldn’t be so sure that everyone would, but as long as people understand that the site being free without adverts isn’t happening, that’s the best we can hope for….

Apologies if I wasn’t clear enough, but I’m sure anyone that has been vaccinated would rather catch Covid, than someone that hasn’t. I imagine their experience wouldn’t be as bad, owing to the protection the vaccine would provide. That’s what I was driving at.

Couldn’t the vaccinated person still be a carrier and pass it on to the unvaccinated person, though? Therefore potentially causing the associated problems?

Yeah, it’s something I’m not keen to see on here tbh. Whilst I do completely get people wanting to have the same enthusiasm at the start of every season, I can’t get there myself. Last season was a really good opportunity that we blew spectacularly and it’s taken the wind out of my sails re the club tbh. With that being said, we also don’t want to see people calling others stupid for holding a more ‘optimistic’ view, or saying ‘if you think Mowbray is a good manager, you’re deluded’ type posts. Everyone has a right to their view, however much any of us disagree with said view.

I’ve heard absolutely nothing from the club. I didn’t renew last season owing to the pandemic, I am planning to this time, but an email, or just some contact about pricing would have been nice…. Good job I’m on here fairly regularly, eh?
