Yep, up at 5, judge finally sauntered in just after 6 😁. Very short hearing: Other side hasn’t supplied copy of the complaint they’ve filed with the Adjudicating Authority. Venkys want this so they can ascertain the monetary value involved in the complaint to see if the amount of existing guarantees already covers this. Other side confirmed filing of complaint but that Adjudicating Authority are yet to respond. Judge also wants to know whether value of complaint is already covered by existing guarantees. I think it’s going to be back in court tomorrow but that could just be when the other side need to produce the copy of the complaint by.

I’ve said it multiple times, and in the main post - if you’ve an ambitious owner who hires expertise, you don’t end up with a black hole throughout the transfer window and then take a punt on someone without experience. That said, like a few others probably feel - I like to a certain extent the potential appointment based on his previous exemplary service, and his potential knowledge / links in the game. I find it so hard to understand why there can’t be nuance sometimes.

It's about the level of experience running backroom operations at a professional football club. Personally I don't care either way.

If you think a 32 year old analyst, or a someone with u15s level academy coaching experience is a huge step up on Jordan, then that’s up to you!

I understand the former player thing, but I don’t understand why Rhodes. I don’t feel like he has ever come across as an authority of any sort. I saw him perhaps as a coach or scout first. I’d have thought a Loan Manager would at least have experience of scouting or coaching (maybe he does tbf).
