  1. Past hour
  2. That's my point but that's hasn't affect the owners decisions maker. The Walker Family could held on until the TV rights and used that money
  3. Yeah significantly might be pushing it, I forgot Lenihan had already broken through at that point. Still, we had Jason Steele in goal. A midfield with, apart from the solid Conway, Jason Lowe, Hope Akpan, Liam Feeney... And I can't say I'm the slightest bit nostalgic for players like Emnes, Ward, Guthrie, Gallagher or Bennett.
  4. Alebiosu and Gudjohnsen have been our star buys and proved their worth. McLoughlin and Miller have been good and before yesterday game we had a 6th best defensive record and 3 clean sheets in a row The biggest disappointed has been Tavares, De Neve and Henriksson
  5. Yet we are 20th and potentially going down chaddy. You, like every Rovers fan, must be worried, especially with our ability to recruit. The season gets tougher every Christmas when injuries hit and pitches get heavy, this season is no different and I can’t see a way out right now. One stroke of luck we have had though, is Sheff Weds points deduction, as that means they take up 1 spot, only 2 more are available, thankfully.
  6. It shows the fragility of the man when he has told the stewards to ban the “Pasha Out” banner Hes a worm. A man who cannot take criticism is not a man at all
  7. Bit shit this fella though, don’t you think Chadster?
  8. is that the fault of the head coach over players picking hamstring injury like Gudjohnsen 60 minutes into a game or Wharton picking up an injury due to impact of a challenge?
  9. It's definitely making a major contribution and it has for years if we are being honest. Mowbrays mid winter death spirals weren't helped because of the lack of quality and depth. Since then the squads have got lighter and lighter (cheaper and cheaper) and quality less and less before we lump fatigue, injuries etc on top. Shocking way to run a club if you want to be the least bit competitive outside the bottom 3rd. However it can't go unmentioned Ismaels dreadful home record and most of the performances overall. Him and his staff just don't seem to have a clue at home when the onus is on us. We should become the first club in history to have 2 separate head coaches, one for home and one for away. Because it's difficult to see how anybody could do any worse at home than him.

  11. Even if there aren't other champ clubs interested I'd stay at Barnsley if I was him
  12. I have seen a lot of memes around the facts of Venkys ownership 👏 all straight to the point Now an Uncle Jacks legacy series please
  13. Yep, and almost all of them aren't cut out for the division we're in, unsurprisingly.
  14. Actually playing for them automatically makes him a better investment than Tavares who doesn't even make the bench when we're down to the U21s.
  15. Talking gibberish. Lost revenue from PL TV rights has been enormous If we had simply maintained our position from the day Venkys bought us until now we would have an additional 460m land in the bank. That’s a matter of fact
  16. won't that agreement been done already? and if already next season shirts will be ordered already? Marcon has produced some good kits over the term as kit provided
  17. Didn't both players cost the same? around 2m each? Has De Keersmaeker been playing well for them?
  18. In Yuki's defence he's been absolutely run into the ground and I wouldn't be surprised if he's covered significantly more ground than the rest of our lads in his time here. He needs a rest bit to get his sharpness back but that requires Rudy doing his job properly.
  19. The injury crisis and losing key players like Wharton, Toth, Gudjohnsen, Morishita has affected us. Losing Gudjohnsen for the last 3 games has cost us massively for me
  20. The biggest decrease in attendances when from the PL days to now but nothing changed. Where I sit, all STH were all there yesterday and I wouldn't it to change in the next couple of games either. the lost revenue from PL TV rights hasn't changed much either.
  21. yes, and the choice to bring in Tavares rather than De Keersmaecker was made for purely footballing, non financial reasons
  22. or we weren't interested or decide to target a different player could be more suitable point
  23. Aren't Castore notorious for terrible quality? One thing I'll give Macron is they typically haven't played it safe, whereas the last lot of umbro kits we got were lazy catalogue jobs with a Rovers badge glued on.
  24. Cheers for the Forbes report.
  25. All depends what type of owner you would want in charge of Rovers. There is always plenty of interested from people but without proper checks to find out whether these people are suitable or not
