The club pleads for fans to cough up at increasing prices. Making a play of being together. They happily squeeze your money and time out of the fans, but the bare minimum , to ensure fixtures can be completed, they wont do. Its contempt, disinterest, not giving a toss. But they expect you to cough up, turn up and back the boys, without them having any intention of making sure that we can play in heavy rain, their side of the bargain is not being kept up (thats before the other lack of anything, cleaning stands, weeding, renewing contracts etc). Sod the fans who travel miles and give uo ther Saturday, sod them, who cares, we'll just charge them again. There's absolutely no point in protesting at this moment in time. They're doing such a bad job all we have to do is let them fail on their own. As I had hoped for, a game cannot be completed at Ewood Park. That's bringing the spotlight in their direction and they've managed to do this entirely on their own.

I think there has historically always been a problem with the Ewood pitch and the surrounding water table level.The Ground literally sits in a trough of a small surrounding Valley. Remember the Old Riverside Stand had to be demolished due to the Foundations literally having rotted away!.

Weather is showing a bit of rain tomorrow afternoon, nothing on Monday, then rain until 11am Tuesday morning with it remaining clear for the rest of the day. Tuesdays game will be fine, if it was 3 days of non stop rain I would agree.
