But I was replying to the point quoted, which says we can’t expect to see Baradji yet because he needs to “…get used to Training and what Ismael was going to want from him. “ Surely him being in the club for 5 months would make him more likely to understand what is wanted from him than Henriksson walking through the door and playing straight away. He’s not starting cos they don’t trust his fitness 4 months after signing him on a 9 month deal. -

Although in Ismael's post match interview after the (shite) Oxford result he suggested Baradji wouldn't be ready to start this game, I'd like to see him start, especially if Tronstad is back and TGH isn't. Tronstad and Taveres doesn't work as a midfield pairing. -

Wow Read that as: “Madam, without a Steve they are shouting our name. We need a Steve. We need a Steve to blame. We need a Steve to make accountable. Without a Steve, they blame me. Without a Steve, they blame you. Madam, we need Steve” Waggott must be howling. That bloke took hundreds of thousands from these mugs and all he had to do was bat it all off. Whoever we get will either be a short lived disaster or a bloke on wind down looking for a last pay day. This lot are filth -

They've realised there's no one to throw under the bus for the next major fuck up ! Seriously it's funny how this has popped up again right at this moment in time, we all know they had zero intention of actually replacing Waggot. The very best thing they should do is get a proper one in and boot Suhail and Gestede. Which is the very reason they won't get one. -

We signed Henriksson on the 6th August, and two days later he started at West Brom, so your points about getting used to training and what Ismael wants are moot. Morishita featured days after signing and then started the next game. History is littered with players who move in a transfer window and start for their new clubs days after. In the case of Baradji it’s not like he’s replacing established players. We’ve got a major injury crisis so surely he should be starting even if he’s not exactly learnt every intricacy of Ismael’s tactics - especially if he’s as good as the club believe. He’s clearly not fully right and is taking far longer than the club anticipated to be fit, which on a season-long deal is bonkers financially. -

Although he has played further forwards, he has primarily been a deep lying midfielder in his loan spells. He is more likely a replacement/cover for Tronstad than Cantwell https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/live/cj698lk17wnt#Line-ups -

Not sure where to post this or if it's already been mentioned, but we appear to be finally stepping up the search for a CEO. Blackburn to step up chief exec search 29 minutes ago By Alan Nixon Blackburn Rovers are to revive their search for a new chief executive. The post has been left vacant for months after an initial round of short listing failed to find a suitable candidate. The position was being reduced to little more than a stadium manager which put off many football figures. However Rovers now realise they need an extra body behind the scenes with more adverse publicity recently over the postponement of a second game. Blackburn have been running with a reduced management team since Steve Waggott moved out but now they will renew the chase for an extra pair of hands. -

As the social media team are all over the long range effort of James Edmondson who is on loan at Macclesfield I fully expect his early recall and inclusion in the squad while Cantwell is quietly ushered out.
