It absolutely shouldn't make a difference given how recruitment works at Rovers. I doubt Ismael had all that much input into players signing.

Hope Pasha and Gestede don't think this is lancing the boil and taking all the pressure off because it isn't. I was a huge fan of bilic in jis early management years and really wanted him to take over from hughes, feel like he's become a bit of a journey man in the past decade or so though Still hos experience and man management could be just what we need
