Agreed, & not wanting to repeat myself, but..... Looked a good match when he made the move, but both of those loans to Oldham have been, as you said, a complete waste of time

If we get anymore tackles, like the Welsh bastard dished out last Thursday, we're not going to have enough players to start a game. He didnt get the straight red it deserved. -
I think a lot of people should be eating humble pie with Dolan. Yes, he had some absolute stinkers (the running back the full length of the pitch to gift Coventry a goal springs to mind). His workrate and athleticism is sorely missed in the team. He was our one player who would run at the opposition and play positive football instead of going backwards. The fact he scored so many for us and now we severely lack goals speaks volumes. Am I sad he went for a free? Yes. Am I happy to see him doing well? Yes. A great little player who has the ability to go further - maybe not a world beater but who would turn down livng in Barcelona instead of Blackburn??

Unless I have missed something, I don't think anyone is doing that. Where people have issues, is where some individuals are justifying & cheerleading every ridiculous decision made by Venkys/Pasha/Gestede/etc -

That is maybe how you view things wilsdenrover, but this club was formed in 1875, not 2011, we have well over 100yrs of history in the bank before this shower came along, don't surrender any of it is my view and certainly don't call someone a venky apologist for supporting Blackburn Rovers and going to games every week. - Today

That's fair enough PNE are Castore branded and their kits I thought were quite smart. Apart it being 90% red and yellow 😆 Meadowhall is a maze, a treat to go there according to the Mrs (a treat! 🙈) I can just about endure a regular Trafford Centre providing I get to eat at a place of my choosing 😆😆 terms and conditions..... -

I have quite a bit of Castore golf & cricket gear & I really like it. I only buy from their outlet as their head up retail prices are ridiculously high. I go into the shop in Meadowhall & then wait for it to come into the online sales to buy 😉 However, I know many Villa fans who were very unhappy with their kits, quality & design wise. Perhaps it’s different folks who design/manufacture their football stuff? Castore have the licence to produce Umbro now so I’d expect us to be badged Umbro but I’m guessing they are all made in the same factory. Umbro historically was a great brand for Rovers until they started dicking about with not reversing the halves. They were the first to do that & for that alone I will never forgive them…😆 -

Squeeze some non descript loan in before that game so they can turn around and say "look, told you we would bring players in early". -

Fair enough. Suppose it has grown legs a bit if he said that. So Mowbray didnt reject him, but James and his dad rejected us essentially due to Mowbray being an absolute weirdo. How have we got to the stage where people will make and listen to podcasts with footballers dads?! -

Reece James father spoke about it on a podcast he said that when Chelsea said he could go on loan his father wanted him to come here to work under Mowbray but they came up here for a meeting with him at the training ground and Mowbray didn't mention football once he asked James about the clothes he likes wearing and the music he is into. Going on to say he had had young players like him before who struggled as they missed the bright lights .Said they walked out and looked at each other in disbelief ,thought he was stereotyping and decided to sign elsewhere -
Shame to see Anderson get knocked out tonight in a very good game. Hopefully Van Veen will knock the arrogant Littler off his perch tomorrow but I cant see it. Never good to see one consistent dominant force and would be good to see a new winner to reduce the predictability.
