If Miller can continue today's man of the match performance, you can put him alongside alibousi, pardon the spelling, as a worthy signing. -

As they always say, it's better to be missing chances than not be getting them in the first place. His movement's been good enough for him to miss two real chances in two games. -

Personally think the club (and fans) need to stick with Gudjohnsen, you have to back your own transfer business, if you did your job right. Let's hope someone did. Strikers feed off regular game time and confidence.... I'm glad he wasn't dropped for today. Despite not scoring he's already looked handier than George Hirst ever did for us and he played in the prem. Way too early to judge... or get on his back. Give it a rest and get behind him! If you can judge a player in 2 matches then go get a job in professional football, you'd be invaluable to any club 😄 -

Coventry have scored 27 goals in 9 games, an average of 3 a game. We've turned our season round, if we get anything out of this one. -

Yea I said similar earlier, problem being it’s not just one or two that we can take our time on and gradually gel into team like mgp, this is players who are starting for us and we are needing to hit the ground running, they haven’t and we find ourselves where we are. It’s mismanagement on the recruitment but I’m not making any revelations here we aren’t all aware of - Today

That's how i saw it and i was expecting the finger to the lips or the cupped ear. He definitely had a F You look on his face. Think the problem may be he was a bit of a cult hero where he came from and is a proud international player used to a bit of worship from the stands. They really should be very thoroughly briefed before they come to places like this that the only way to get fans on your side is hard graft and commitment to the team. They should also all be told to turn off replies on social media. The Championship and especially Blackburn Rovers is no place for fragile ego's.

Did anyone else notice TGH and Tronstad running into the same areas defensively? Obvisously a new pairing and thought TGH looked decent in his first game, but he's a lot worse than Travis. He should probably start ahead of Tavares against Coventry too but I'd give Sidnei a start again soon if I was Ismael. -
2025-26 Relegation thread

I think the opening 9 games, combined with the next 5 or 6 will prove too much to overcome. We'll be - in my opinion - in the bottom 3, low on confidence and leaders and the ask will be to steel our selves and outperform those above us. I don't think group of players or the manager has it in them. I predict us to get relegated. I'd love to be wrong. -
Please for him to put midweek. Hind him, although shame he didn’t convert one of the other chances. Best thing today was he kept getting in the box and central, something which the two wide players in the first half rarely did.

Morishita had that one moment in the first half where he crossed for Gudjohnsen who should've done better. I think we're seeing most of our summer signings are needing time to get up to the pace and physicality of the Championship. Tronstad admitted it took a bit of time when he first joined too, but then after a while he was fine and coped well. Players like McLoughlin are expected to gel right in, whereas the reason Miller and Alebiosu have done better than the rest is that they've both played in the SPL, de Neve had his best performance in a Rovers shirt today, which is a positive as well. -
Generally, when sides go down they aren’t terrible all the time. The number of sides that get relegated with 45+ points tells you this. There will be times in the season when all those sides will have played well, won games and thought “we might be OK”. My big concern is what happens every year. We get injuries, squad gets stretched and we get worse. It’s just this year we won’t have points in the bank.

But we spent around £10m on transfer in. That was my point Kent here is his goal against France 3 weeks ago -
As long as he takes his frustrations out on the pitch and deliver the goods I don't mind. Didn't contribute too much other than scoring and having a couple of good chances, but that's still an improvement from earlier games this season.

Basics of controlling a football for Gudjohnsen. If we need patience to wait for him to master that then its time to give up. He's an International footballer, apparently.
