  1. Past hour
  2. This club is a shadow of the one I've been supporting for 40 years. How dare they suggest this is done to protect the best interest of the fans, I don't believe there is anyone left at Blackburn Rovers that actually cares about what we have become and it makes me genuinely sad that this is the legacy being passed on to the rapidly shrinking next generation of fans.
  3. The truth disappeared from the nest of vipers that is Ewood Park a long, long time ago. They've managed to maintain a facade of the truth during that time by having the right people in place to 'handle' the media aka Waggott, Mowbray, Eustace, Broughton and JDT. All gone, fed up of being used to legitimise a corrupt and poisonous regime, and not replaced, or at least not convincingly. Only the deluded and naive have continued to believe that the party line put out is accurate. It might make some feel better if they convince themselves that every comment and press release from Rovers' end is the gospel truth but it simply doesn't stack up. That's why I shook my head with bewilderment at far fetched claims and praise for Gestede, Waggott, Pasha and Ismael for their 'honesty' simply because they sat in front of a friendly interviewer and answered comfortable questions. Doesn't mean they are telling the truth or providing an accurate account of things. With the amateurish Pasha now in charge it is clear that he hasn't got the skills that the likes of Waggott had - he was a crafty old goat but at least he was crafty enough to recognise a need to keep the local media and fans quiet. The clown Pasha instead thinks he can silence criticism or questions through direct conflict. Highly unlikely to work out well for him unless the Telegraph back down and toe the line. It was clear that the regime would attempt to crack down on dissent after the diabolical performance of the stooges earlier in the summer and the building furore over their negligent mismanagement of the club. Only a couple of away wins has prevented outright rebellion and they are clearly concerned at ever falling gates. Hopefully the Telegraph now position themselves as the mouthpiece for the anti-regime movement. In a time of civil war (which this is, and will remain until they're gone) we need every friend we can get and the local media can be a powerful tool. It won't quite be Newcastle/Mike Ashley levels of local media pressure but it can help and that's important.
  4. What was the social media post that has since been deleted?
  5. Ewood narcissists rule ok!!
  6. But, unless I’m reading it wrong, if you can’t attend the rearranged match you get a full refund of your original ticket (6.4 ii). Re your final sentence, the following (from season ticket terms and conditions) means it will be free):
  7. The most stupid thing is - how do they expect this to go for them? Press will stick together and the club will come out of it looking awful there is literally no positive for them
  8. No, the item shown, says if the match is abandoned ie it has kicked-off, but you cannot make the rearranged date. Then you are entitled to a full face value refund.
  9. He had a back and forth with one of the ITK accounts that was deleted - around Travis wanting to leave. Wonder if it was that? I thought the post got deleted cos it got quite bitter between the two of them.
  10. It looks like Cryer is not impressed.
  11. Pathetic decision from a gaggle of disgusting narcissistic cowards. We've already heard of some dark stuff going on behind the scenes, wouldn't be surprised if they're up to worse considering their want to get rid of any player who speaks up and now banning journalists... Worse is the "fans" sticking up for the decision. Genuinely wish I could be as thick and blissfully ignorant.
  12. What was the social media post that has since been deleted?
  13. The LET should just let rip now to be fair, no need to hold back, go to town on the club, post stories they were previously afraid to, put the fuckers to the sword! Would be bitterly disappointed if they just rolled over and accepted this decision.
  14. Be interesting to see how Bayes and radio Lancs report this. Losing access for live coverage for Radion Lancs would be a big blow for them, but banning the BBC would be a more high-profile risk for Rovers.
  15. When the criticism gets loud.
  16. Bloody hell the reporting could barely have been kinder to them as well, something obviously gone on
  17. It says if the game has kicked off then you are only entitled to a partial refund, not to attend the re-rearranged match. The rearranged match has to be a new ticket purchase. Surely they will make it free to ST holders, but you never know.
  18. Grubby, thin-skinned, paranoid, pathetic, childish, dictatorial, weak, scared, stupid, dumb, classless, infantile, shabby, totalitarian, oppressive, arrogant, despotic….etc Putin, Trump, Modi, Xi Jinping, Kim Jong-un would be proud.
  19. When will they start banning individual supporters for having the audacity to criticise Putin, sorry Pasha and his politburo.
  20. Sadly Den I've seen the same. Absolutely shameful. Honestly cannot believe how brain dead some people genuinely are "brilliant. Shows the club have strong leadership" Beggers belief
  21. What a pathetic excuse for a football club we have become. Embarrassing stuff, as usual.
  22. What an absolute farce, with all the Ipswich stuff and the recent good performances it looked like things were generally calming a little and people were beginning to rally behind the team. But of course we can't have that and some thin-skinned imbecile has decided to drop this bombshell the day before a match. To pretend that anyone at the top end of the club has anything but their own individual interests at heart would be incredibly naive - we just need to hope we get lucky and it also works in our favour for once.
