  1. Past hour
  2. I'll tell you what, it's news to me that Blackburn is in the back of beyond. Everyone wants to leave so they can be closer to their family.
  3. https://streamin.me/v/htwi75l7 The new boys goal. Sorry if links aren't allow.
  4. Rudy is insufferable, he cannot stop smirking.. extremely unprofessional
  5. 30 minutes in Rudy admits that they lowballed Hyam/Trav etc to try and lower their wages to the new arbitrary wage cap... Wonder why they didn't sign on for a 30% paycut...
  6. “We had a call with an exciting player but we had no connection he was not engaging he wasn’t the one for us” yeah spare us the b*llsh*t Rudy
  7. I must admit I skipped a fair bit but Val is definitely on board the gravy train. As for the questions, jeez. I knew they’d be tame but f*ck me.
  8. It's all a bunch of corrupt gits who are in charge of football. I got the names wrong but none of them have been willing to adhere to concepts like scrutiny, accountability and integrity. They'd sell their children into slavery for the right price. When will this new regulatory body really going? And will it actually do what football fans want with regards to dodgy owners? Or is it window dressing because a proper body would incur the wrath of UEFA/FIFA for 'outside interference' ?
  9. Ismael has said this squad has improved since last season, poor banter from him
  10. Did Miller start for Australia? Long way back then to Watford.
  11. Turned on this pod, Rudy can’t stop smirking and he’s also not covered his arms.. 🧐
  12. Based on today’s interview, I would like to suggest the following reconstruction of the interview that took place when Ismael got the job. Suhail: So, tell us a bit about yourself. Are you willing to lead a team where the maximum wage is £10,000 a week? Val: Of course. Rudy: The thing is, because of JDT, Broughton, John “Snake” Eustace and ehh… Steve… ehh… no, because we’re very disappointed that Travis is soon going to sabotage us, we’ve got a lot of players running down their contracts that we’re going to sell. Are you willing to lead that team? Val: Of course, as long as… Steve Waggott: Tronstad, you know, the one who’s better than Rodri — no one’s likely to bid for him, so you can have him for another year. Rudy: We don’t know that! If we get an offer, we’ll sell. Suhail: Of course. Val: I’ve got all the stats on strong players in the lower leagues in Europe! Rudy: Brilliant, we’ve got a fax machine. Suhail: Huh? Waggott: You know, that bloke Silvestre. Val: I want to penetrate! Rudy: Yes! Adam Owen’s phone rings Adam: Hello? Voice in the background Adam: Hi Steve! You’re saying you’ve got a couple of tips from the Scottish league? Some late bloomers? Lovely. What do you say, Val? Val: It’s what we expected. Suhail: How many years? Val: Four. Waggott: But we do need a bit of Championship experience, so we were thinking of… Rudy (cuts him off): Sssshhh! Rudy: OK with Adam Forshaw? Are we aligned? Val: Huh? Sure! Rudy: Repeat after me: we are aligned. Val: We are aligned. Rudy: We are aligned. Waggott: Are we? Val & Rudy: We are aligned! (Rudy whispers to Waggott: you’re out.) Rudy: We’re going to build a sustainable cost-cutting machine. Allez les bleus! Meeting adjourned.
  13. Roll on January, I don't want to say warchest, but....WARCHEST!!!
  14. Not sure I want to watch it if someone can give a summary.
  15. Just a quick one, of the other 23 clubs in this league - are we the only doing YouTube videos justifying the summer?
  16. Today
  17. I can't believe we haven't gone all out for a free agent centre back. We are insanely short.
  18. None of the clubs you refer to had their issues from being in the Premier League - which is the most popular football league in the world - so I have no idea why you have dragged them in to it. The FA don't have sufficient jurisdiction - it is the EFL who have the jurisdiction. The new system for the independent regulator provides for more protection for clubs from unsatisfactory owners.
  19. To be fair we’ve had a few posters trying to spin that kind of stuff for the men’s team during our 4 defeats so far.
  20. Another fantastic signing!!!!! Ffs I bet he is on a pay as you play contact
  21. Amazing thanks man I don’t understand why they still own us we are more headache than it’s worth surely
  22. For what it's worth, I am reasonably convinced the ultimate source of the money that paid the Walker Trust was in the UK but that Mrs D rumbled the family had been sold a pup sometime around 2012 since when Rovers have been an unwanted naan on the Pune breakfast table. Occasionally nibbled at but otherwise left to gather flies. Now the tantric one and son seem sufficiently clear of their Italian experience I suspect Tommy Jimmy is correct. Even a decade on from the Kean era there are too many old problems for a genuine third party to be allowed freedom of full due diligence. The consequences of Neville Mansions and Akron birthday bash played out in the Delhi High Court last week illustrates the problem.
  23. Let’s see if it pays off for ‘em, Cotton.
  24. Toth starting for Hungary against Portugal this eve Gudjohnsen starts for Iceland v France
