Never in million years does a player go down like that 90's backwards. I thought the red card was incredibly harsh, clear goal scoring opportunity? Certainly a good opportunity but he had a defender up his arse and increasingly narrow angle.. Tavares again looking poor, Kargbo too.. Stand outs thus far, Hedges, Cantwell, Alesiou, Ohashi- more for their endevour than skill.. The rest get 5/10 Get new lad on, looks very promising- let's hope he's magician...

Why should they change? If it meant you can’t have a red for conceding a penalty there’s no incentive not to take a man down when about to score or handling on the line. The rules are fine, our defenders decision was the issue

They did change the rules - a genuine attempt to get the ball is no longer a red. Very fair imo.

yes I have to confess I’m not sure on the word of the law now and if it matters where the foul starts or ends as he had hold of him outside then still inside. Either way it’s the most blatant red card and 100% the fault of our lad
