  1. Past hour
  2. Good post and well done for not doubling down. Last time it was that it should have carried on, it was just a bit of rain, the referee was wrong, it was McKenna's fault etc. All along its been the fault of the owners. The reaction when the ref stopped the game was anger towards the owners and rightly so.
  3. They actually pulled off a lot of water - but it's too little, too late at that point.
  4. I think I probably am one. It's a fair description.
  5. The owners don't want to invest on the pitch, off the pitch, or in the pitch. So, why the fuck are they still here?
  6. Ewood is a rotting corpse, neglected by its owners on the pitch and in the stands. The whole ground is desperate for investment especially the Riverside where I sit. I hope the club is fined for this shambles, Oxford on Tuesday night must be in doubt too. The pack of losers in the boardroom will no doubt have their excuses at the ready. Wtf were these things supposed to do…
  7. Possible misconduct charge? (I don’t see how Rovers could argue 32.3.2 applies):
  8. Just when you think the club can't plumb new depths.... (no pun intended?).
  9. People who still go to Ewood Park are looked down upon on this message board as mindless morons.
  10. They didn't blame the river levels last time tbf. Just the pitch couldn't handle the amount of rainfall.
  11. If I'm Oxford I'm asking that question tonight.
  12. Sad to say it but Ewood Park is not fit for purpose.
  13. On a lighter note, there was a Japanese lad sat next to us, he's a student at Liverpool, and his dad is called Yuki Ohashi.
  14. Yeah, not saying they would but wouldn't be surprised if it gets mooted. What if it happens again on Tuesday night ?
  15. I wouldn't be surprised, if the Oxford game is postponed, or abandoned, there's a lot of rain to come before Tuesday night.
  16. They can’t change the result of the match. They can say the score at the time of abandonment stands. They can order a partial or full replay. They have discretion re terms/conditions of any replay.
  17. It’s a bleak midwinter for Rovers fans. A week with 2 last kick of the game equalisers conceded and a second home match of the season postponed whilst leading in the second half due to our dilapidated facilities. I don’t think our chances of recruiting new supporters are being helped here. It’s meant to be entertainment and they want our money for the privilege. Bah humbug.
  18. Disagree - think we were cruising to 3 points. Wednesday didn't even put up a fight (hilariously enough their only chance came from the pitch holding the ball up).
  19. Should have had 9 points in the last week, and have instead got 2. These are the sort of fine margins and hard luck stories that separate survival and relegation.
  20. He's made a couple of errors per game, but none have been significant and/or have been punished. Today's example was the dropped catch, under no pressure. But, as I say this as his biggest anti-fan, otherwise he's been perfectly ok in the games he's filled in for. As many have said before, he's acceptable as a number 2.
  21. If them rollers were the solution, why didn’t they have 10 of them? Why weren’t they out at half time? Why didn’t they have people who could actually push them at a decent pace
  22. My reading of the rules you previously posted was - they can do whatever the hell they like. They have chosen to follow previous precedents to date but my understanding was they're under no obligation whatsoever to do so.
  23. I see a fine coming eventually. We've already lost points over it.
  24. Seems an adequate summing up. Its December 7th and I still have not seen us win a match!
