I went to a league cup game years ago. Rochdale v Wimbledon. Fashanu was playing against an old school centre half called John Bramhall. I ended up just watching the two of them battle it out. It was brutal. Knees and elbows going in all the time. I think the ref thought - “ If that’s what they want to do they can get on with it. “ I had them even on my scorecard at the end of the “fight”.

That kit would have been the best ever selling kit we’ve had bar none, even if it wasn’t nice it would become a fashion statement as with anything in the range. On the kit issue, I'm expecting some crappy Chinese suppliers who make fake designer handbags, shirts etc. in the same building. When I was in Hong Kong on the 90s you could get fake everything including football shirts. Whoever supplies Stanley market will supply us.
