  1. Past hour
  2. Rosler who was a target earlier in the summer wouldn't need an ESC since he grew up in England if I remember right? Flying him in might be an issue.
  3. Plenty of huge gambles already, so who would be surprised? It is Gestede's modus operandi.
  4. They could've had Alfie Gilchrist for Β£1m or so just a few days ago πŸ˜•
  5. They bid Β£2m for the Bristol City CB, so they're obviously looking for someone in that price range.
  6. If we sell Hyam at this point in the window then we may aswell start planning for league 1 away days.
  7. If the Aberdeen interest in Gueye is real I expect we will be pushing him out of the door. He’s paid far too much to be our β€œC” striker.
  8. They might as well sell the hot water tank for scrap metal value, whilst their at it.
  9. Some serious problems in 2023-24 but mostly the usual bumps and scrapes over an 8 -year pro career Isak's a special player and although Rovers fans like to think so Wharton isn't at the same level. Would Liverpool take a big money risk on him? I don't think so
  10. Realistic British based CBs to replace Hyam with for 2m or under? Presuming we can pay a fee
  11. Hyam likely to be sold today. Oh dear, that's a massive blow. Can we even get a replacement in at this stage? Our leader and mr consistent at the back sold. That's not a good move at all for us. The spine of the team has been blown apart this summer.
  12. If we could get Β£3m - Β£4m for Hyam in the last 12 months of his contract, then it’s a great deal. But the fact it’s on deadline day and we all know we won’t get a competent replacement in, we can’t let him go this late.
  13. 16 goals in 82 appearanaces for Aberdeen. 26. Is he tall enough?
  14. One thing for sure if true ,Hyam will want to go . No fee , next May , fee today !
  15. Selling anyone today (except Leonard) would be a disaster unless the replacement in in the building and signing when we sell. Even then we don't have a good track record on deadline day...
  16. Sell Hyam and spend the last couple of hours scrabbling around trying to find a PL kid on loan who no-one else has picked up yet. What's Billy Koumetio up to these days?
  17. Huuuuuuge gamble considering they didn't think O'Riordan was up to it a month ago.
  18. I am far, far from Hyam's biggest fan but to sell him now would be utter madness and would be pretty much proof for me that our owners/"advisor" are keen to send us down this season.
  19. Jackson reporting that we've rejected two bids around Β£2m. Third bid expected and growing likelihood that Hyam will go.
  20. Yes, what you said was utter tosh, as not only was it factually incorrect, it also made no sense.
  21. Doubt the loan deal would include a recall clause until January, but certainly next year that will be the plan. If we do shift Hyam today I reckon we'd get a loan and Miller would become the starter.
