  1. Past hour
  2. To be fair I'm relatively confident that the dumbest AI in the world could look at the data and conclude Henriksson up front doesn't work.
  3. The Daniel Steuble of Venkys Europe AG lives 1.5 miles from where FC Uzwil play.
  4. If getting back to the PL was even remotely of interest or on their radar then they would have conducted themselves very differently over the last 3-4 years. Like offering a drop of support to the 3 managers that got them within touching distance, not sold off all their best players, not undermined them, not allowed the last two to engineer moves away mid-season. That sort of thing. So we can safely drop the notion that they are waiting for a miraculous / unexpected return to PL riches. They've made it as clear as they possibly can they aren't interested and will actively sabotage our prospects of promotion if they can.
  5. I'll also overlook my dislike for ai in this instance, as it's a campaign against the ownership which I despise and I presume cost was the overriding factor here.
  6. I'm always doubtful about Guardiola teams these days. He seems to want to be the centre of attention and when a player starts to take the headlines, somehow, I get the impression he tries to defuse them in favour of a collective approach. That said, there's no doubt that Haaland, De Bruyne and Foden have been exceptional as individuals at times. However, for example, I look at the Haaland in Germany who was full of attitude and a monstrous figure charging with the ball, is now all but a goal poacher. Foden was a title-charging wizard and then fizzled out to seeming like a lost kid. Then there's the defence that gets shifted around and the side now have no outstanding centre back, with Ruben Dias falling off form. To some extent, I think Wenger followed a similar path, where in his latter years seemed reluctant to allow his players to outshine him.
  7. Lets not bother then and continue in this perpetual cycle of purgatory. This is a visual message to Pasha as much as it is the owners. If he sees how many have not bothered going he will be very concerned for his position moving forward. Massive reduction in season tickets next season, he will have to do something more than fleece the loyal die hards. I genuinely think he believes it is a minority who want him and the Venkys gone, he lives on an echo chamber of sychophants. We all need to do our bit to show the true numbers. No other way to be seen or heard.
  8. The fans are as much to blame, doing that stupid ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh whey celebration with him at the end of every game that rovers didn’t lose. The same kind who won’t hesitate to attend the Watford game, clueless bunch the remaining attendees at ewood (most of them anyway).
  9. So a striker with a 6 goals in 60 appearances (but did head a ball five yards to a teammate once too) gets a ‘thanks for the memories’ send off … seems about right for this regime.
  10. I don’t like the use of AI (in general not just here) but I really hope the video gets some traction. I hope that we can remain reasonable with each other, I’m neither an official boycotter or attendee vs Watford, I’m in the majority perhaps, the natural boycotter after years of neglect. Seeing sniping on twitter and it’s just what the powers that be would want
  11. I am not sure anything will work out under Val , except relegation!
  12. I don’t think the boycott will any difference at all, especially when it’s a league game. I think, at best, the owners are indifferent and any news seems to go through Pasha. He’ll just point to the official attendance figure that will be around 10k, if not higher.
  13. In fairness that flick head on to Weimann against them lot, Sheffield Wednesday away, WBA away and pne home. More so the flick on if it weren’t for that, Weimann probably would not have scored that screamer. I liked his character, just didn’t work out under val.
  14. Beautiful Glen but I fear it will fall on deaf ears
  15. The much trumped up Swiss Vaccine plant which also happened to be set up around the time they pitched up at Rovers went into liquidation in 2023.
  16. Also something which may or may not be of interest it seems Barry and Bro set up a company in Switzerland in 2024- Venkys Europe AG - that appears to be listed as an investment company. The 1 other name with them on that is someone called Daniel Steuble which also seems to match the name of an ex player and now finance director of a club named FC Uzwil......
  17. Everyone at Blackburn Rovers thanks Pape for his efforts and the memorable moments he provided during his time at the club They are trolling at this point.
  18. It’s comical how they own a billion pound company
  19. Today
  20. Possibly. People ask why they’re still here, it has to be one of two things in my opinion. A - They are happy to leave us in limbo in the hope we will have a miraculous season whereby we are promoted on peanuts - waiting for the day somebody informs them that has happened and they can return to the stage as conquering heroes. B - They’re scared of what shady business dealings will be uncovered from their tenure during any potential takeover.
  21. Absolute bollocks isn’t it, utterly ridiculous that they’ve ruled that out but feel they took so long they just had to try and find reason to justify it
  22. What the fuck is VAR doing here? Scrutinising over tiny pixels. Who makes these rules. Someone with no idea of the game or what the fans want. 5 mins and counting to decide an offside. Who in the game actually wants to see this. A man in an office zooming into a computer screen while everyone in the stadium sits waiting.
  23. Strong chance Semenyo wins the league for City, he’s a real menace His define goal is likely to be ruled out here for a nonsense VAR but just has the knack Edit I know it’s the cup but still the point stands Ridiculous use of VAR here desperate to rule out a goal to the point they are micro analysing it
  24. An egg company in the US owned by V's Remind you of anywhere.....
  25. Perhaps the older ones have already stepped away from it all and have just left it in the hands of their finance people because they don't trust their younger nearest and dearest with the keys to the safe.
