If you look, he has divided the team into 11 different segments/positions, almost like we have to name a starting 11, and generally play with 5 midfielders & 1 striker I do not think this negates the need for at least one more central striking option though

How can we expect future generations to throw their support behind a football club that will never be promoted back to the Premier League, will be happy to stay in the Championship forever, will always sell its best players for what they can get, never reinvest transfer fees into buying new players and will rarely conduct new contract terms at a propitious time thus losing good players for nothing and will never sell the Club (apparently) Some moan about small crowds, its a miracle we get as many as we do in these circumstances. Correct. I've been saying for a while that we are no longer a football Club (where the idea is to win football matches) but a place where certain people (mainly management and agents) go to earn (a lot of) money. Edit: Ironically the only way to become truly "sustainable" is to invest a bit, try to win a few football matches and get into the Premier League.
