Wrexham are currently a far better proposition than Rovers so if they want Travis then he would be a fool to not want to join them. We can hang on to him for 12 months but if its about saving money then we will surely want to sell him. Looking from afar it seems quite possible the ED are digging their heels in on behalf of the govt because they just don't want huge sums regularly leaving the country anymore. Probably trying to force them to drop the club or sell it, that could be the real driving issue.
