  1. Past hour
  2. People invading pitches in the 70s and 80s, when the worst that would happen was a clip round the ear from a copper, is not the same as invading the pitch in 2026 where there is CCTV everywhere, people recording everything on social media and a very different cultural and judicial view of that sort of behaviour. I don't think many people fancy losing their jobs and/or being publicly humiliated, just to stick it to the Venkys. People say "well if loads of people do it, it will be fine, no one will get pinched/done". Alright, you guys on first then. I won't be breaking the law and losing my job over the arseholes running the football club, if that makes me soft or a coward, whatever.
  3. See reply above. More effective than a boycott IMO
  4. Possibly not, but pitch invasion, maybe stopping the game, the international media would sit up and take notice
  5. I thought you were talking about my ex for a minute.
  6. We were lucky to witness an era where big clubs like Arsenal were wary of coming to Ewood Park and knew they'd get a game. Edit - having said that, across the long history of the club, we've spent a very long time in the same league as Arsenal, Venkys have ensured we've only played them once in 14 years. If Arsenal turned up next week we'd need to extend the scoreboard.
  7. Yes, in the 1970s. Your turn now
  8. If Morishita is back and able to start then I'd consider playing him at LWB, give Ismael is completely married to that system. Either that or have him in the middle with Tronstad and basically anyone but De Neve at LWB.
  9. I've only read the non paywall version so maybe the original is better. Yes it makes some good points but seems very jumbled up with a few contradictions. Just reeks of being left to AI.
  10. BBC NW News will cover tonight fans side
  11. He met with a number of supporters, for a few hours, researched where we pointed him to, to get the supportive facts, i think he did a good job
  12. Pasha didn't arrive in 2024 otherwise an objective report
  13. Disgusting that statement
  14. wenger used to absolutely detest coming up north to play rovers or bolton in that era,he thought both of us were the antichrist of the football world☺️
  15. That's a real piece of propaganda on behalf of the Club. No context whatsoever. Calling for Pasha/Waggott/Gestede not to attend matches last season "despite the onfield performance". ROFL.
  16. Based on the team news: ---------------------Toth ------O'Riordan--McLoughlin--Pratt Miller--------------------------------Powell ------------------Tronstad -------------Mori-------Cantwell ----------Ohashi---------Jorgensen Something like that.
  17. Ok was it the same source who told you there was a bid made for the club?
  18. How many actual ST holders are there to be counted in, barely 9k ? So they still need to shift over 2k match tickets to make the usual 11k+. A record number of complimentary's issued for tomorrow no doubt.

  20. My 'peppercorn' doesn't normally 'talk' to me unless I've consumed too much red before eating . If you mean 'source' then not the same.
  21. That’s why we then need the actual number in the ground from the police via the freedom of information request. The club will look (even) more ridiculous if there’s a discrepancy of circa 5,000 people.
  22. Today
  23. Fair play to Andy Procter, that’s some recovery 👏🏻
  24. To be fair, AI probably does do sub-editing/proof reading at papers these days…
  25. watford ar`nt on a great run but have some decent players, they`ll have to much for a dispirited rovers team,0-2 to watford, mcloughlin with his usual mistake and then a breakaway goal when we are pushing for a leveler to send the 15000 in attendance(yeah right!!) home miserable
  26. Yeah, Ismael said that like 4-5 days ago. Baffling.
