  1. Past hour
  2. Unwanted by a relegation rival who are in total free fall. Injury prone Sounds like our man
  3. He never plays and injury prone players generally remain that way throughout their career. Carter is a prime example of that. He could probably have been a top end championship/low end Prem player but I genuinely don't remember when he played more than 5 games in a row.
  4. Personally I don't think anyone should feel in the least bit guilty either for going, or for adhering to the call for a boycott, or even for organising the boycott. Everyone has to do what they feel is right for them and I assume everyone wants the same thing ultimately which is a successful Club.
  5. What makes you think it'll be him? Definite talent but surely he's a physios nightmare
  6. Me and my dad also there. Bet if we added up everyone who claimed to be there the crowd would be well over 3,000 😉
  7. was highly rated when first signed at west brom, though injuries have curtailed his career,he`ll be on a fair whack at west brom, more than we are willing to pay him,no chance of him coming here if we do sign someone,it will be either a loan or someone who`s past it,on a free transfer and on a short term deal
  8. I did chat with t’other IH to provide some background…😉
  9. Dike will be on standard Championship wages so it wont be him.
  10. Plus criminal record meaning a potential loss of employment. Bit more than the trivial breach of the peace it might have been in the past. (Civil offence) And banning order of 3-5 years. Although some might argue the latter would be a bonus at the moment.
  11. Maybe they didn’t know that at Macclesfield.
  12. It was in the past too, little boy
  13. Invading the pitch in those was days was not a legal right, it was considered disorderly conduct and those doing so could still face charges such as breach of the peace or obstruction. Many Rovers fans were arrested but the majority were not, mainly because of the numbers involved. The same thing would happen now. If fans want to bring down a rotten regime, a revolution is required, and it worked in the past. Quiet "protest" won't cut it I'm afraid. Have you got what it takes? It doesn't look like it.
  14. If someone came in presume Jorgensen would be classed as the other
  15. To be honest, he’s got everything to be one of the best forwards in the division and only has 6 months left on his deal. Someone will sign him
  16. Cadamarteri - I personally don’t see it I could be harshly judging him in a really poor side but I don’t see the fuss. His age is an obvious plus but someone do the here and now I just don’t get the attention/hype he’s attracting
  17. That would be a terrible transfer. I doubt it's him. We have too many sicknotes as it is.
  18. Do it now it's a crime that can provide a fine of up to £1,000 big boy We will follow your lead
  19. Hasn't Ismael been saying publicly in interviews since before the window opened that he wants 2 strikers?
  20. I think it will be Daryl Dike to be honest. Scored goals at this level, manager knows him, surplus to requirements and MAJOR injury issues over last couple of years. Still only 25 so club will be thinking it’s a low risk deal that could pay off if he scores goals for us
  21. Just to be clear, it’s not guilt. I don’t think this boycott will achieve anything other than a louder echo, or a load of nonsensical shit from the 168 Watford fans who turn up. What bothers me is I’m effectively forced to be in a divided group from other fans, because I paid for a season ticket last year and I don’t want to miss opportunities to take my dad out for the day. Even though we both agree with the idea that the owners have to sell up. That’s what he wants to do btw, because he’s done it for 60 years, so going to Darwen or Chorley isn’t a solution. I suggested staying in the club or staying down for the first ten minutes, but you can’t blame him for sticking to his guns. I have had a season ticket since 1990, but right now I’m done. My attending going forward is solely based on what family want to do.
  22. If we are to bring in one more striker then my guess would be Cadamateri. Looks almost certain to leave Sheff W, and fee/wages within our range. Also sell-on potential. Wouldn't be against signing him as I think he'd be decent, especially in lge 1 if we do end up getting relegated.
  23. Today
  24. What was said or shared on social media about Pears?
  25. He just makes it up as he goes along. Not sure why anyone takes anything he says literally.
