Ronin Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Still, it's just an interview, and there's other candidates that have had one too. Hoping that JW and the board take their time and are being very indepth with the process. Fingers crossed for some positive news at the weekend when they are supposed to announce the manager. We could do with some good news!
bob fleming Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Stanley House or Tickled Trout? Pretty good establishments, best in the area arguably. Why get McClaren in to muck them up? Mind you, thank God he's not coming about the Rovers job.
leftfooter Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 If it is Ince surely he will be grilled on his previous comments about rovers in the press conference. Will be interesting to hear his response The Job Interview: JW: Incey, what's all this I've heard about you slaggin' us off to the press, saying we're a small club and all that... PI: No I didn't. JW: But it was on Nicko's thread! PI: So you effin believe evewythink you read in the effin press, you small time, small tahwn nawthann monkey? JW: So you want to start Monday? PI: Yeah. Where's the effin training ground? JW: You're in it. PI: Right Guv.

wisweller Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Enough waffle...focus, people. Can everyone please keep their eyes peeled for Steve McClaren. He is in the area and being interviewed. Well I am just of of for bike ride so if he,s between Wiswell and Downham I'll spot him. Suspect meeting will be at the Calf head Worston better check that out at lunch time.
Grabbi Graeme Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 SSN now reporting Mclaren having an interview today, Tony Gayle who is currently on SSN saying he doesn't think the time is right for Mclaren to return to Premier League and that he would go for either BFS or Ince.
gumboots Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Well I am just of of for bike ride so if he,s between Wiswell and Downham I'll spot him. Suspect meeting will be at the Calf head Worston better check that out at lunch time. suspect that's more allardyce's type of establishment. Big portions at low prices!

BlueMonday Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 surely its just a case of he's free at this moment in time and in the country, might as well give him an interview..... And so is Ozzie Osborne[sp]. This could take ages!
novella Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 And so is Ozzie Osborne[sp]. This could take ages! yeah, but i dont think ozzie has quite the experience
Sysagent Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Enough waffle...focus, people. Can everyone please keep their eyes peeled for Steve McClaren. He is in the area and being interviewed. I thought they had closed Tommy Ball's down? About all he is fit for, I would rather have Beelzebub managing us than McClown...
waggy Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 without reading this thread back, who is the favourite to be the manager now
broadsword Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Neither does Mclaren! You might as well give Carlton Palmer an interview, he's probably knocking around somewhere. And now the purpose of the prayer room becomes clear ...
Eddie Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 without reading this thread back, who is the favourite to be the manager now I'd say the order is probably. 1) Ince 2) Allardyce 3) McClaren 4) Henk Ten Cate 5) Group of others
BlueMonday Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 yeah, but i dont think ozzie has quite the experience I'd rather have Ozzie thanks.
