Been talking to a 'Villan' colleague in Solihull this evening and he reckons that there's no Samba beat in Birmingham. All the media talk and speculation down there is about 2 French lads Houllier wants (midfielder & striker), Bridge on loan from City and a possible swap with Newcastle (Reo Coker for Joe B.).

At least that's good news for us.

More likely Jensen being binned off until Maradonna has officially declined a possible Venky's offer. Funny his quotes saying he's coming over to a PL club and 'needs convincing' have surfaced today. At the minute, I don't think anything could surprise me. Don't think Maradonna would be number 2 to anyone so Kean's long term deal could be as certain as Sam getting funds in the January window...
