Thanks for the support for the idea guys.

Will be working on it as much as I can over the next week (around my job - thursday is my next day off to really get it up and running), I`ve intially gone for a wordpress installation as this allows easy setup & multiple editors. If anybody wishes to contribute or help in anyway please PM me.

Keep the links coming as anything that is put on the site needs to be backed up by evidence, even if its just a link to a newspaper article.

Oh and Merry Xmas to all.

I began a thread called Venkyleaks this am but it was rapidly deleted.

What was given as the reason for deletion?

EDIT: I thought you had created a venkyleaks web domain. Best to discuss this in Ask Admin. Unless you've had a PM, in which case we could do to all know the score.

Krypton, just had a thought (I really must get round to Xmas...). Wayne Wild, a director at WEC, set up a website for news about matters Venky's. No idea if it might be a good home for what you're planning, or perhaps if WEC might be willing to help in some way, but at the very least I would have thought he'd be more than happy for at least a link to be put up there. Bring your words to a wider audience and all that.

Right, back to the turkey.

Please Please Please do not make it editable by all that will mean people that want to stop something in its tracks could mess with the information. So make sure its trusted editors ONLY.

Couldn`t agree more, any editing access will be restricted to trusted people only. There will only be one page open for comments (if abused this page will be removed) the rest will be read only.

Before I publish the web address several people who have expressed interest will check the site for any inaccuracies or suggest anything which may have been missed off. Might not be finished in time for this weeks games, but will do what I can to get it ready asap.

Site coming along - got a lot done today just a few additions and alterations to make (legal issues also to be considered - got to make sure nothing is stated which could lead to me being sued, etc.)

Got your PM by the way aletheia was very helpful - thanks.

In other words, John Williams saw that Kean was not good for the club but was ignored by Mrs. D.

Big mistake, Mrs. D.

And Sam Allardyce saw something amiss with the transfers but was also ignored.

The Raos can't complain that they were unfairly tricked. They simply ignored two of the better respected names in English football, Williams and Allardyce. Their failure is entirely of their own making.

Saw this last night, might be handy....... LT article

Only just got to reading this. My first thought about the "big name signing" was Andrew Johnson. Do they really think he's the missing piece?

Well, I expect they only speak to Steve Kean, so of course they do!

Krypton, what a great idea this is, you have certainly got it in for the chicken people after your trip to Cardiff.

If you need a donation to help set up the site then please say, we can have a chat about it over a pint tonight or tomorrow.

Got some more done today, and made a start on the logo you asked me for - can show you in the pub tonight if your in. edit: just remembered you wont be but see you soon.

If anybody has a collection of Steve Kean quotes I can pinch (or knows where there may be one on the net), it would save me a lot of searching on Google. Want to be able to show some of the comments he has come out with, to then be proven wrong or where he has then had to backtrack afterwards (i,e the Cardiff "forfeit", Salgado "has been given some time off", etc)
