Its that level of moronic. Makes sense when the people signing the lease also pocket some commission. 2 Quote

Don't mind him being against loans and free agents in principle. But only if the permanent business is up to scratch. If it isn't- needs must. Quote

He also said he didn't like loans and to compound his single mindedness he signed one who won't have played for the best part of six months. He simply isn't doing what is best for the club with his blinkered approach. 4 Quote
BRFC. Posted November 10 Posted November 10 Has Valerien Ismael ever shown anger towards the board and owners? Feels like he just nods along to everything and doesn’t care key players are being sold and not replaced. Quote
BRFC. Posted November 10 Posted November 10 If he doesn’t want us to look at any free signings I don’t want to see him complaining about injuries. Quote

CaptainBeanfart Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Bet this wouldn't be on page 2 if we'd lost. Anybody willing to change their opinion on him? He's doing a great job for me, fully expected this team to be relegated after a chaotic summer. I think we'd be screwed if he left, not many managers would want this job right now. Quote
Mattyblue Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Always plenty of managers interested in Championship jobs (especially at a pretty unique one where they don’t do sackings). Quote

Players clearly playing for him. I don't like his apparent collusion with awful transfer decisions. You might say he has no choice, but I think it insults our intelligence. 1 Quote

I understand why his direct approach (in communicating) wouldn't be for everyone, but I prefer to deal with directness. He's clearly got us motoring away from home - and playing some good football as well, to be fair. We're not grinding out results, we're being the better side. At home however is where he needs to find the right formula. And he's not going to get a better opportunity than this period directly in front of us. 1 Quote
roversfan99 Posted 33 minutes ago Posted 33 minutes ago He is definitely not doing a "great" job. Quote

At best they have a voice in the committee. Quote
