Cant see the McLoughlin one happening for reasons already mentioned. Soon to be 29 year domestic players used to reasonable Championship wages dont seem to be the order of the day. Lets stick to relegated players in the Belgian League. Seems to be a link regurgitated from previous interest.

He would be a downgrade on Batth, we will be downgrading on Dolan and downgrading on Brittain.

That being said, hes proven at Championship level without being standard, hes left footed, hes at a peak age and its probably a position where youd not be as keen to take a risk.

Probably wouldnt attract the same level of intigrue that our more exotic targets seem to be doing but would seem a reasonable addition to box off that hole in our squad.

Now unless 3 senior players have got together and hatched a scheme to lie to the media when their media duties come around, for absolutely no reason, the logical conclusion is that they were telling the truth. This also stacks with the total inertia and multiple failings by the club going back years.

No number of club plants on twitter will change my opinion on that.

Those working for the Venky regime - directly by the club or indirectly coining it in via commission, agents or favours - have a long standing history of lies, misleading activity and saying things that either haven't or won't happen.

Brittain's imminent new contract just the latest - made up to try and get their side of things out ahead of the truth and sale.

You just don't want to acknowledge the pattern, it isn't just Dolan that won't sign a new deal here. My prediction is that he will sign for either a Championship club or a club in another country, I don't think he will go to a club in a lower division which would perhaps justify these notions of poor advice, because all he has decided so far is not to renew his contract here. I am guessing that you think that is a mistake and won't acknowledge that there is a significant chance that any contract offers to him from us where not worthy of a player at his level.

He knew for months he was leaving Rovers. By now he should have had next move sorting and dusting. the fact he hasn't suggest that the offers he expecting or advised would be there hasn't materialise for whatever reason. 

I think he should have a sign contract 18 months ago and be a key player in this team

There was an article from Jackson the other saying the opposite of what that guy is saying. EJ said discussions ongoing with Trav and Trons reps but no official contract offers made to them.

But again, you arent considering the financial side. Why would he sign here if our offer was massively underpaying him?

Travis and Tronstad also said themselves (I think it was around easter) that they hadnt been offered new deals at that time.

That Privy clearly is probably the only "ITK" who actually has some genuine information. Equally, it feels like a bit of a plant. Everything is bigging up the club, moving any blame away (if you spill the odd bit of genuine info many will swallow it) and also comes across as irritating and cryptic, the attention has perhaps gone to his head.

Account started in June, gets transfers info before anyone else, is very defensive when it comes to people criticising the club operations. 
 

Im not one for conspiracy theories, but I would say with some certainty he/she is a club employee, or someone close to a club employee.
