So the countdown to Travis leaving has begun and no surprises its started at 1.5 million and won't get anywhere near some of the numbers expected on here in reallity.

To be fair the way Derby are investing and Eustace's ability as a manager, I reckon a promotion clause in any sale would be worthwhile, as tragic as that is for us as Blackburn fans.

In all honesty, while I would want 3m or similar to Brittain, we will likely sell at around 2-2.5m including add-ons because Pasha doesn't want to pay Trav a salary anymore.

He'll end up going for about 1.8 million with a load of add ons that will be dressed up as 'a deal up to 2.5m' similar to what you say.

How much of those extra add ons we'll actually see is another debate but my point here is Rovers are desperate to get rid because they've already spent on replacements.

So there'll be no holding out for good money however it'll be dressed up as otherwise to fend of the critics.

Gestede will be doing as Pasha instructs. His only task will be finding players on the shoestring budget Pasha hands him.

Ismael won't be here by May and I'd be surprised if Gestede is either. He will be the fall guy for when this goes tits up.

I’ll guarantee you one thing - it won’t be a player with championship pedigree like Travis has in abundance.

It is hard to not feel pretty deflated after that it was obviously a second string ish team. If they think one more attacking signing is enough then I will nail down my opinion to a bottom 6 scrap 

I think what worried me most tonight was all the talk of tyjon and Montgomery both were v poor tonight l. Tavares did ok 

right winger centre mid and striker required and all for starting 11 not just to be signed to appease fans
