Trying not to think about that I think I'd be more sick if we don't win, and the results go our way. Win and I'll be happy whatever happens but it's a really tall order, at least they've taken it to the death. 4 Quote

But keeping our end of the bargain with hopes at 100% just to see the results go against will be a tough pill to swallow with a sense of too little too late. We'll be going now after a lucky ticket bag and will be giving them everything Edited 20 hours ago by ... Quote

Any and every time we sniff playoffs we seem to crash to the ground. Hope it’s different this time, but trying to temper my expectations. The last two seasons final day we did what we needed to do. We beat Leicester away to stay up last year and beat Millwall away 4-3 the year before but missed out on goal difference, We can do this. 6 Quote

CoconutGrove Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Well here we are, another end-of-season game with absolutely everything riding on it. Just like two years ago at Millwall and last season on Leicester, it's a must-win game. Unlike those two games, we go into this in some very good recent form. Going into the Millwall game 2 seasons ago (where we had only won 1 game in the previous 2 months) and last seasons' trip to Leicester (where we had won 3 games in nearly 5 months). This season, we're going in after 4 wins in 14 days. We did the business in the previous two seasons. That wasn't enough against Millwall but what both of those weekends showed us is that other results don't tend to go our way when it matters. So many things have already gone our way over the last couple of weeks to even be in this position and from the outside looking in, it looks like we are destined to make it. But this is Blackburn Rovers, positive things like this don't happen to us - especially in the Venky's tenure. That said, I'll be in The Howard and The Globe from 10am and will be singing loud and proud with my fellow Blue and Whites at Bramall Lane and whatever happens, happens. I'm proud of the players no matter what this year as going into the Derby game in August, I was adamant that we were heading towards League One. 2 Quote

We had a terrible record at Luton (never won a league game at Kenilworth Road) up until a couple of weeks ago. With the way Ismael has set us up recently, he tends to err on the side of caution in the first half of games - probably because of the disastrous starts against Derby, Boro and Sheff Wed. I wouldn't be too disappointed to see us do the same again and become more attacking later in the game if we still need a goal. Then when we go 1-0 up, chuck Dion and Forshaw on, invite pressure and make everybody really nervous - the Blackburn Rovers way! 1 Quote

WacoRover Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago All the talk like, “blades players have sewn up playoff spot & wont play hard” is rubbish. they will be ready to play. Rovers have to make it happen. 3 Quote

That away end was great though apart from the thick pillars which if there was a big following and you got stuck next to one you couldn't see much. Quote
