And mixed into that are some of the most deprived wards in England where people just cannot afford or justify football matches. Anyway 1200+ going today, near the bottom, £30 plus per ticket, no pay on the day etc. Respectable if not great and actually represents 10% of the current home support which stacks up to anybody outside the big city clubs. And they know defeat is probably imminent... Cov 3 Rovers 1 Edited 4 hours ago by Tomphil2 1 1 Quote

Gamst Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Have a strange feeling we might surprise a few today and only lose by 1 or 2 goals. 3 1 1 Quote
davulsukur Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Hugely concerned by today. Ismael doesn't seem to have us set up particularly well from a defensive point of view and Coventry are scoring by the bucket load. Really think we are in for an embarrassing afternoon. Would absolutely cripple the confidence of some our new boys. Quote
USABlue Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Coventry's last three wins are by 3,4 and 5 goals, could they get 6 today? Quote

benhben Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Guessing that's a 5-3-2 formation. Blow to loose Cantwell. Can't see anyone else creating a chance. Quote
Devon Rover Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago The formation change is probably appropriate in the circumstances as we'd very likely be thrashed with our usual formation and approach. But with the personnel, and no Cantwell to create anything, I really dont see it making a huge amount of difference. It's so bleak tuning in for what is most likely a routine defeat against Coventry bloody city. Getting ready to hide behind the sofa... Quote

Andy Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago We're being dry-bummed today, aren't we? No Cantwell just takes away that faint glimmer of hope that we might sneak a goal out of nowhere. 2 Quote
roversfan99 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Hopefully today is a rare exception of a crap manager picking a poor team and against all odds they somehow sneak a result. Quote
Gamst Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Did Cov announce their team 15mins early too? Given our lineup reveals an important tactical change going 3 at the back. I don’t know how these things work but maybe the opposition can make a late lineup change given this information? Not that it makes a big difference today like. Quote

USABlue Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I hope Henrikson and Gudjohnsen are better than we have seen so fat or it could get pretty ugly. Cantwell is a big miss, what's the problem? Quote

DutchRover Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Weirdly, I am excited to see Ohashi play with another ST next to him. Having Gudjonson to occupy defenders and play off should really help given his movement. We will still get thumped though... Quote
