I wish he'd sign but if both parties are at loggerheads, would you sell or keep ? 7 hours ago, KentExile said: Given his importance to the team and likely fee, Tronstad worth far more in the team for the next 6 months. Same applies to Hedges, even his biggest detractors can surely see he is a far better option at wing back than De Neve In Tyjons case, as he has no value to our first team, sell But these things should be sorted well before the last 6 months of a players contract. With at least 2 years left (in the case of players who are in their mid 20s or younger), discussions should be started (at reasonable wage levels, not at the ridiculous self imposed limits we currently operate under), and if it is obvious that no deal can be made, then they can be made available for transfer before short contracts decimates their value 7 hours ago, Hasta said: In a relegation fight you’d keep him clearly. 7 hours ago, Crimpshrine said: No dilemma at all. Keep him. If we sell, we are massively increasing our chances of relegation. Any income from selling him now would almost certainly not be sensibly reinvested in the team. Quote

No, that would make that one person mentally deficient, someone who should be treated akin to a flat earther Unfortunately I have probably just described both Rudy & Pasha Edited 3 hours ago by KentExile 3 Quote
Popular Post Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted 3 hours ago Popular Post Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Players like Hedges/Mcloughlin/Ohashi/Morishita/Ribeiro/Miller/Pears/Baradji are players that, at a well run club, would be competing for a place on the bench. At best starting the odd game in a crisis. Players like Henrikson, Gueye, DeNeve, Forshaw, Tavares, Kargbo wouldn't have been brought in at all. Our squad has been so downgraded that the former are the first names on the team sheet. That there is nothing any better in the squad to replace them is a damning indictment of where we are at. Nothing wrong with players holding the power on their own career. It's up to the club to make sure they retain their services by offering them something that is desirable. 3 Quote
neophox Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago O Riordan was back on tuesday at Rovers and will definitely go straight in to the team for the Charlton game. Quote

Hedges is a great barometer for how rapidly the squad has deteriorated. He has gone from being a much maligned squad player to a key cog in the dysfunctional machine. 4 Quote

davulsukur Posted 46 minutes ago Posted 46 minutes ago It's going to have to be some January window to stop us getting relegated. I don't hold much hope, unfortunately. 1 1 Quote
FE123 Posted 30 minutes ago Posted 30 minutes ago Have a pal who is a Stoke fan, he reckons Jamie Donley is on his way to Rovers. Just been recalled by Spurs, they aren’t happy with his game time this season. Quote
