  1. They were great finishes. Rebounds like that tend to end up being skyed. He tucked them away
  2. You would think they would have brought more in on transfers. We sold Duff, Bentley, Santa Cruz and Jones for big money at the time. I can't recall them selling anyone like that. I think that shows he is getting the most out of good and hard working albeit average pros
  3. Thought Smallwood did well yesterday. Nice pass to Dack for Grahams hat trick, magic feet by Dack on receiving the pass though. Wednesday gave Dack the run of the final third and that was either naive or arrogant on their behalf. Assists and goal aside he sprayed some beautiful passes into space. Was it Dacks best game for us?
  4. Delusional is the word. No, I don't know any Burnley fans to be honest. If I did and they were saying they wanted Dyche sacked I would agree and then laugh when they do it and the plummet begins. They have a team of lads who were vastly better then the sum of their parts last season. Can't see another manager doing better there. Imagine they appointed someone like Pardew, that would be comical.
  5. Won't open for me. Are they using modern technology for their board?
  6. Ya, we definitely aren't unique. I just find it interesting. The life of a manager
  7. He got two assists in cameos there, so not all bad. I reckon Armstrongs place is in trouble now big time.
  8. Not entirely accurate if you count Armstrong as a striker. No doubt the Palmer decision was poor. The players attitude looked really good yesterday. What was it about those two derbys that lead to such poor displays. We surely owe both a beating at Ewood!
  9. Yes and some said if Conway is this good, why hasn't he been playing
  10. They stuck with him last time they went down, what is to suggest they wouldn't do the same this time?
  11. You said witch hunt, not me. Mowbrays tactics were ripped to shred after the Preston game. What has been said in praise of his tactics yesterday?
  12. And we got Georgia again, always seem to get them. Good that we have the opportunity for revenge on Denmark. Not the worst group considering we were third seeds. Only groups G and J would have been as favourable. All others would have been more difficult
  13. Even allowing for that I always think England get pretty straight forward groups in qualifying.
  14. That's not what I said at all. I said he gets considerably more criticism when we lose than praise when we win. When we win its the players when we lose its the manager.
  15. Would you stop, England always get a handy group in qualifying. I never remember them getting a tricky group
  16. I just wonder, should the Brereton fee not be counted until January. As that's officially when we will pay the fee
  17. I read them on here. Not going back looking. He doesn't get as much praise when we win, as he gets slated when we lose. To say different after the last week is disingenuous
  18. Not sure about that. Dack and Graham getting most of the praise. In fact I read a few on here say the result was in spite of Mowbray due to the team he picked. So the praise for Mowbray when we win isn't representational to the criticism when we lose.
  19. It's not a competition between Graham and Brereton where you have to downplay what Graham does to make Brereton seem better. I like both, but as it stands Graham is the more all round player. They were tap ins becuase he was in the right place. If Brereton scored them, would you be saying 3 tap ins be honest
  20. Indeed. You would have to wonder what the Wednesday manager was at. It's like they had never seen us play before
  21. How are you so sure of that? How has progressed the club every window he has been here I hope if he does you will be on to swallow some humble pie
