  1. But are you optimistic about any signings?
  2. Wasn't the lads fault what was going on behind the scenes. Got a 10 million plus move not long after leaving
  3. Who da fook is that guy?
  4. Would probably do well. Could have been good for us in the Championship if he hadn't gotten injured. Himself and Cairney could have been good together if used correctly
  5. This sounds like it will be fascinating https://www.balls.ie/football/aiden-mcgeady-critical-chris-coleman-sunderland-netflix-documentary-402136 What were they thinking letting the cameras in? I watched the city one on Amazon, was pretty good, but it was clear that the access to the good stuff was restricted. Personally I don't see any benefits to a team letting cameras in. Amazon offered Ireland rugby big money (8 figures apparently) to allow them in for a season, which they declined. If we were offered 10 million to let the cameras in next season, what would ye reckon?
  6. Nail on head on both
  7. I thought that, but pretty much every player we signed was eventually sold for a profit. Vinjay you crazy
  8. Ya, I think it is. They are doubling down on the financial outlay hoping they go up. I really, really hope it doesn't work out for them .I have 3 friends who support them. Absolutely painful to listen to them and how arrogant they are with regards to the Rovers
  9. Vinjay, what are you talking about? You have made reference to this a few times recently and I have ignored it, but what are you on about?
  10. They have surely spent more than Burnley in the last 3 seasons. Makes a mockery of FFP I don't think they are so far off the top where it can't be overturned soon enough.
  11. Gary Cahill is going back to Villa apparently. I really hope they don't go up this season
  12. More stable now than ever. All down to Mowbray. They seem to trust him. Long may it continue
  13. Or maybe another masterstroke like Dack
  14. Ya, he would probably get more.
  15. It is if you sell them for more!
  16. That wouldn't make much sense. It's unlikely we could replace what he brings for 12 million
  17. Just read the article. What a load of shite. Was that taken from the sports or celebrity gossip section? The sun will jump at any opportunity to get a rack in
  18. That would be the best place he could go. Away from London with a good, solid and down to earth manager in Chris Hughton. Don't know if they would spend that much on him
  19. Two clubs that I would have thought to be realistic suiters. Mowbray said he won't leave in January, so let the games begin. Would we really turn down £25 million if it is on the table. Fair play to the owners if we do. I don't know many other clubs in the championship who could afford to turn it down. Leicester paid around that for Maddison and he was on of the best players in the championship for the past 2-3 seasons. Then there is Grealish, villa turned around the same down for him, but they are taking the piss money wise and will hopefully have to explain that some day. I think it's best for everyone if he stays til summer at least. We could forget about finishing in the top half without him and no replacement on board
  20. What explanations? It's all pretty straight forward and upfront, It's like you have a mission to try and confuse the issue What parts don't you understand?
  21. Dislikeable little troll. Whatever about Dyche, he's a decent bloke. Cook is a pest
  22. Just saw on twitter it's 40 pounds for a ticket. That's outrageous!
  23. Is it a completely open draw at this point? Give us City or Liverpool at Ewood or their place.
  24. I don't think they will need to subsidize a player like Baines wages. No shortage of clubs willing to pay the full amount.
  25. The fact his legs are gone meant he couldn't move so he was in the right place for his tap ins
