Not at home this evening to watch, but going off the match report it sounds like we are getting battered -

I'm not surprised Lenihan is out. He hasn't impressed me this season on a consistent basis. Needs a kick up the back side in the form of genuine competition. I just wonder, is he injured? -

Raya Nyambe Lenihan Mulgrew Williams Smallwood Evans Reed Dack Armstrong Graham Pretty sure that will be the team I would play the below Raya Nyambe Lenihan Mulgrew Bell Reed Evans Rothwell Dack Armstrong Brereton -
I meant better up there than Dack. Of course a natural striker is the best option every single time

I used to love it along with Age of Empires and Football manager back when I was a student I wouldn't have the time to sink into any of them now. -

How many games at most would ye have on the go? I currently have 3; Breath of the wild, Dark souls 3 and Uncharted 4. Is this normal? -

Ok, noted. Not enough turn based RPGs these days. The combat in FF15 was frankly a clusterfuck. The entire game was ruined by it. If they had have just had turn based battles, the rest of the game would have been tolerable. Did you play it? Brought a whole new meaning to the term "grinding" in RPGs I am hearing great things about Octopath traveler from people whose opinions I would respect around these types of games. I won't be buying a switch to play it anytime soon though. I bought a Wii U and whilst some games were great, it had many, many issues. Have you played Breath of the wild? -

Ok, that's it. After I finish Uncharted 4 and Dark souls 3, I am moving onto Nier automata and Persona! -
Was that filmed in Blackburn? Didn't know that. Watched it, was ok 6/10

If he wasn't from England there would be more suspicion. He has played for England under age and has over 30 Championship game sunder his belt at 19, so he has pedigree. He is not just some random Portuguese player picked up under the pretense that he is the new "Shearer, Sutton, McCarthy, Santa Cruz, Yakubu, Graham" Insert player name of choice
-
Good shout. I will probably be devoured by the usual suspects for this. Next thing the word will be that I agreed with Tonys choice, but I just wonder if we hadn't have conceded the sloppy goals inside the opening 10, could Palmer have worked well up there? He's a strong lad, good in the air, good feet and as you say he doesn't go down easy(not sure how big his arse is, must check the next day). He would have attributes closer to Graham than Dack and Brereton do. The result put the an end to the experiment anyway, thats for sure. I don't see any reason to play Dack there. Having him there doesn't play to our strengths at all.

Do ye not find it slow? My friends are split in 2 camps. One think it's amazing, the others think it is frustratingly plodding -

The lad has looked good in his cameos. two assists and a well taken "goal" against Preston. The issue is Mowbrays reluctance to start him. I think the lad looks like he will be a good signing I agree we really could have done with spending money on a striker for now though. Even if we got one on loan during the summer to help take the pressure off Graham. It is a bit odd that we are having to play Dack or Palmer there Who knows, he could let Brereton off the leash shortly -

They have no recognised left back. I would put Rothwell or Armstrong right inside forward and test whoever is playing there early doors. I have a feeling this will be a repeat of the Ewood game last season. We will fly out of the traps, but shoddy defending will allow them back in -

You could be on the money there. With Bennett out he could very well go back to the more experienced option. Have to say Conway has never let himself down in a big way playing for rovers. I reckon this could be a Bolton job with a few surprise changes. Could he start Brereton this game? Who knows what's going though Mowbrays head right now ? -
He should have acknowledged that he got it wrong too. However, it was really only Palmer out of position. Our tactics and formation were the same as they ever were. Saturday was a shit show of a display by the players on the field. I enjoyed reading his statement. He's a down to earth football man. Saturday aside, I wouldn't take any other manager at the moment. OK, maybe pep ?
