  1. Maybe for starters, he could explain why the club are peddling the nonsense about the court hearing and explain properly, how important to the future of BRFC this really is.
  2. One other thing to add to the my post above. Given the requirement for the no objection certificate, to be issued by ED before funds can be sent, the miss conception that Venky’s can send funds right now, so long as they pay the equivalent amount into a bond, is also incorrect.
  3. This says in no uncertain terms, that the statement made by Waggott “The owners can fund the club with no impediment”. is a total bare faced lie. I know some on here have failed to accept this and I personally had one particular poster, ask if I was accusing Waggott of being a liar. I answered that question and will state it again, yes he is. As we now know, the club are now using the press, to put it out there that we are skint, yet were masking things, by issuing statements like, we have requested funds and Pasha has gone over to India, to discuss budgets. In reality, the fans deserve better and instead of issuing miss leading statements, they need to let the fans know, how important the court hearing is, but instead of doing that, they leave many dangling and hoping we can manage to scrape together a down payment on a £500k signing, which in itself tells a story. The fans are now waking up and the owners deserve to be hauled over the coals big time. I hope by the time the court date comes around on 20/08/24 the likes of Elliott Jackson and Radio Lancs at least acknowledge how important it is and offer some sort of coverage of the outcome. There will be no more adjournments and there will be facts on the table, showing the judge, some of the indiscretions that have finally led to this and put the club’s future at risk. Finally for Waggot to state this court hearing has nothing to do with the club, beggars belief.
  4. Are they desperate enough to pay us to take one, by any chance?
  5. I agree. He is a propaganda machine for Waggott, hence his reluctance for the interview.
  6. I can't expand on what I have said for now, but maybe after the court hearing, I can.
  7. Yes, I have listened to it, as well as everything else that has been said too. My opinion is and always has been that there will be no funding after the court case, either due to them being banned, or due to the current restrictions continuing, which as we have seen has meant, no money sent, since November. Do you think we are going to be just fine after the hearing, or do you have any worries?
  8. Unlikely, but we need to rise up as one now and let these people know how we feel. Enough is enough.
  9. Just another bag of wind, who will be gone by this time next year.
  10. Go for it buddy. There is a real groundswell here and the anger underneath the surface is beginning to rise.
  11. Al last, I think the vast majority on here are now accepting that no funds are coming, despite the bluster and waffle, transfers in are either very unlikely or will only be based on a small percentage of what we bring in first. Which ever way is has been dressed up, it was known in the corridors of Ewood all along, but yet again, the fans were strung along and left hoping, the club was still viable. We can only hope that the court hearing does put the final nail in and they admit defeat and either sell or put the club into administration.
  12. It crossed my mind this morning. I have seen him as a yes man so far, but he seems to be saying a few things and certainly sending hints out, that decent signings are a must.
  13. It is a great investment that they are protecting and stating as fact in their reasons for requesting their funds. Those two bond payments look like they are seriously at risk to me.
  14. I do believe getting Pasha to attend one of the meetings, could help and I know there have been several attempts at doing so, but he conveniently seems to have avoided every one so far. I believe there is some sort of a promise in place, that he will attend a future meeting, but don't hold your breath.
  15. You have a very valid point there and in my opinion stating as they have, that they are protecting their investment, already leaves them on rocky ground. using the funds to purchase a new player, could add further weight to their issues. I know for a fact that Waggott had to itemise to the penny, what the funds were being used for, when the two previous amounts were released and he stated that a precedent had been set and full expected the third amount to be released. As we now know, that as yet, has not transpired.
  16. You are, although they could end up getting the bond money back, if the court accept that they have used the funds, for the purpose stated. The fact that they are not prepared to do that any more, speaks volumes, in my opinion.
  17. Hi Duncan, Please see the post above, in response to Josh. You are certainly aware of what I am saying in most of that post and as mentioned, do not have any problem with any criticism, aimed at me.
  18. Josh, Sorry for breaking the site rules, I had no intention to do that and if you can PM me and let me know what I did, I will ensure I do not purposely do that again. I take on board any criticism aimed at me, but would point out to you and to others, who maybe have taken any offence at my post, that I have got off my backside and taken Waggott to task over certain things and although I can't say very much about it now, also made certain people who will be judging the owners quite soon, fully aware of some of the apparent misdemeanours that have gone on over the last 14 years. As people who know me on here know, I am not able to attend many meetings or matches for that matter, due to where I live, but do try to do my bit when, both from afar and in person, when I am in the UK.
  19. Waggott is as clever with his E Mails as he is with his ambiguous quotes in the press and on Rovers site. Christina does read and respond to his E Mails as you state. An E Mail I sent last year with a link to the Indian press article about the illegal payments, put him in a position where a reply to deny or admit it, meant I had ammunition, that could be used at a later date. He replied to Christina (as she had read it and alerted him to the problem) and accidentally copied me in, saying, we are going to need to invite this guy in for a meeting. Sure enough, shortly after, Christina E Mailed me, inviting me in for the meeting, where Waggott was more interested in checking I wasn’t recording him than tackling the points I raised.
  20. The accounts could be interesting, as the accountants will need the owners to put their usual statement in about funding, as the club trades insolvent. Assuming they are banned from funding the losses, they won’t be able to do that, so it could be the end at that point.
  21. It really is amazing. This is why people like Waggott say and do the things they do. I know the term happy clappers is used, but naive in the extreme is more accurate.
  22. It’s meant to be a very sarcastic post.
  23. Given that it was to his/ owners detriment and a kind of admission, I did believe this one, but I do understand your sentiments.
  24. If Venky’s send £11m to us, they also have to put another £11m in an account in India. If it turns out that the funds are not used for the stated purpose, these funds can be seized.
