Outstanding performance yesterday - proud of the players. I wonder if the Brum owners watched a match, read his comments the day after and realized he was totally full of shit regardless of results. Think Tronstedt being back meant the back 4 were somewhat protected - with Ayari and Buckley as a pair then a third cb is probably a must. Yesterday we started on the front foot - we tried to play a higher defensive line and it worked for about 15 minutes. Leading 1-0 and having “got away with a few scares” it needed a plan b. Not sure we had one or if the players are just incapable. The only thing he got right was taking Buckley off instead of Hyari. A final note: Wahlstedt made a decent save in the goal incident - unlucky that the rebounds fell where they did.
