  1. Rekik was 18, so you're right. Had it in my head he was 16 for some reason.
  2. 16 and how many days?
  3. In general, Wyatt's Fiend character should only be able to beat those who's weakness is having a better previous persona. A twisted, but justified, method of improving other wrestlers. Ties in well with every opponent post-Wyatt match. Only lost to Goldberg because Goldberg is still all he ever was, a squash wrestler.
  4. I've researched the Cena Wyatt 'match', and after initially hating it, I quite like it if I view it as an extended promo. It's basically a complete and utter destruction of Cena as a persona. Ties in well to what the Fiend is capable of. As a match though, yeah, bullshit.
  5. 1. It was a response to gumboots, don't be so arrogant. 2. Boring in the sense that it drags like hell. Perhaps it's more interesting if you watch week-to-week as it was originally shown. For reference my favourite show in absolute years is Line of Duty, which is all about the minutiae of police procedure. Fancy that, different people think different things. Who'd have thought?
  6. The Monarchy itself is outdated BUT there's immense value in having an apolitical Head of State. The visit to victims of the Manchester bombing brought that home to me. Look at the difference in press to those visits in comparison to May and Corbyn's visits to Grenfell. The Royals offer some comfort, while political leaders (even unintentionally) can only look to gain from such visits.
  7. BB 'frantic'? Gave up in S3, Breaking Bad, more like Breaking Bored
  8. Line of Duty! Although, best getting that on BBC Iplayer
  9. You should definitely watch The Thick of It. Political, very funny, albeit very sweary.
  10. Even with the career he had, Shearer never achieved what he deserved. Players without talent of his little toe have more titles from the bench.
  11. For everyone picking Orr, yeah he was a bell and but not a bad fullback. Just not very good. Ribeiro, however. Sheesh!
  12. 31! Great quiz, Tony
  13. As for books, Matt Jansen's one of the best and most honest I've read. And that's not bias, lent it to friends who support other clubs (and my dingle father-in-law) who all enjoyed it.
  14. Michael! Have to say I preferred 'Clough', the ITV documentary of the same year to The Damned United. Similarly love 'I believe in Miracles' dedicated to Clough's time at Forest. Brilliant film and a classic late 70s soundtrack.
  15. Even the moors would've been tricky, pre-Darwen Tower.
  16. -------------------Friedel Berg---Hendry---Nelsen---Warnock --Bentley---Tugay---Savage---Duff ----‐------Shearer---Bellamy
  17. Another kick in the nads to Bury fans.
  18. Might be why they weren't. In fairness, it's TV and not a documentary. The bloke wrote Downton Abbey ffs ?
  19. TMZ reporting that WM36 will be at the performance center in an empty arena.
  20. Kappa hands down. Loved the amber away kit, my first season of regularly going to away games. The Stead/Amoruso season
  21. I think the only other way is to play play all games in quick succession (Sat-Weds-Sat-Weds) behind closed doors until finished. Including any play-off games.
  22. VPN. Just sayin'...
  23. I think they may go the route of cancelling NEXT season, allowing this one to play out after the pandemic us over, hold the Euros early-spring 2021, then start the 21/22 season as normal.
  24. Make it a good one. The Bentley hattrick game or the Worthy Cup final.
