  1. We have to rely on 3 teams still below us not getting 4 more points than us. We probably have the hardest run in. The SW game will be significant, putting it mildly. But we have the points already so it's on us if we FU.
  2. Extended EFL highlights. Sammie was offside, very near the keeper and jumped to avoid the shot which hit the foot of an Ipswich player on the way in goal. Sammies presence and jump must have impacted on the keepers eye sight. Pears clanger from other angles look even worse than I thought. The ruling on Wharton was harsh but correct.
  3. Just Google "Atwell referee football scandal" and prepare to be entertained like this
  4. Southampton have 2 games in hand over Ipswich and Leeds but just 1 in hand over Leicester who they are 8 points and a massively inferior GD behind. Leicester have a game in hand over Ipswich and Leeds. Southampton have to play all of the 3 teams currently above them. They have, on paper the most difficult run in. Southampton will finish in the playoffs. Ipswich the only one of the leading pack to get all 3 points today.
  5. 0-1 is not that bad when we have Pears, Pickering, Dolan, Brittain as starters. Wharton the Mouth is poor too.
  6. He is certainly favouring Ipswich on "fouls", this ref has been crap all his career.
  7. Fortunately he missed the blatant shirt pull by the inept Brittain who's only big deal is his mouth. Everyone else on here seems to have missed it too. Both of our "goals" were offside and oddly by Atwell correctly called.
  8. Big Game Flu. I wish him a speedy recovery, the bench is short an arsehole
  9. I'm watching the QPR game but the nerves are setting in over our game. Brum just scored, Bacuna with a very good shot. Edit: QPR equaliser, deservedly. The ref has stopped booking Brum players....
  10. Millwall pick up a point in the 1-1 v WBA. Millwall missed a host of chances but WBA dominated the game after the penalty. George Saville was superb for Millwall in a midfield with an attitude I hope we can match today. Off now to watch QPR v Small Heath. A draw would suit us.
  11. WBA get a somewhat soft penalty at a time Millwall should have been at least 3 up. 1-1 Missed good chances cost. We are happy with that at the moment.
  12. Just from your results in 2024 you've also picked up quite a few points from goals scored late on, v Leicester, Brum, WBA, Bristol City, maybe others. Theres 8 points there from comebacks. The late ones conceded at Cardiff were a shock and so were the early 3 at Preston where you then almost got a point with those 2 late goals from Moore. Our Scott Wharton reckons he'll play well now that he's getting more cuddles and that we're up to speed in our defensive duties. We will see. It starts at 0-0 and I'd take a point now.
  13. The Dingle plan has more of a chance that any club that downsizes their squad, decimates their budget year on year (or more frequently if their mates in the courts play ball), relies at least 30%+ on youth whilst claiming faith in this plan getting said club back into the PL. Again I stress that the "any club" is not made up. Someone has actually gone public with this insanity.
  14. I had to read carefully as I was worried I was in a time warp. It appears more likely the freefall this season was player inspired.
  15. A guy from India was appointed something in finance not too long ago. I can't recall if he was to be bars in India or the UK. Meanwhile at Ewood it's jobworth musical chairs. A moment ago whilst on the main Rovers website looking for a name for the Indian finance guy I got this. You may think this is an old image, it's not. As we now have the like of Scott Wharton doing the bidding of the VSW cabal and slagging off JDT publicly this is a little odd. No doubt Rovers will claim they have now spotted what was just human error. Arses and Elbows.....
  16. I've just read the piece by the crybaby Scott Wharton. Disgraceful behaviour. No wonder JDT alledgedly lost the dressing room with shysters like Wharton running it as a so called senior player. He's honest? you are taking the fecking piss.
  17. "He's by far the most qualified man in the building" .... "who worth their salt is going to take on this gig" Somewhat at odds. The first comment is a blatant piece of crap in relation to JDT and Remy.
  18. I only saw the short highlights and goals. He was creative in the penalty.
  19. He's been at Rovers since he was 8. He made his senior debut for Rovers in the FA Cup v Cambridge in the 3rd round in January 2024. He became Rovers youngest ever debutant. As things stand we'll be lucky to cover costs. This is the fabled PATHWAY.
  20. I could not give a flying one about any team celebrating if England aren't up to winning.
