  1. So the graphic is correct. The £242 are slightly restricted views apparently, but are still available and if you are on a tight budget there is an option there for you.
  2. As far as I can see it was the cheapest available adult price at the time it was published, which I believe was yesterday. Therefore Southampton is correct. Preston was also correct at the time of publishing, as was Rovers.
  3. I think that’s an absolute crock of shit. I’ve been going since the late 80s and I never hear anyone say they aren’t going because we aren’t as good as we were in the 90s. What undeniably happened is we lost a lot of fans steadily from the Venkys takeover due to the manner in which they refused to act against the reckless way the club was being run (and by whom). A lot of people stopped going, far more than you would expect following a normal relegation, and once you are out of the habit it is very difficult to get them back. I don’t think thousands would regularly return if Venkys left, but I do believe thousands walked away because of how Venkys / JA / Kean / Etc.. ran the club. I’ve also said before. I don’t know how much the clubs get from iFollow, but every game being streamed is probably costing all Championship clubs a fair number of attendees on match days.
  4. Leicester scored more goals than anyone outside the top 10 so I think the attacking players will be ok. It’s the defensive players that have let them down.
  5. Gary Neville says in injury time “I’m not sure it’s a good idea for Mina to be staying down deliberately because all the referee is going to do is add extra time on.” And that’s the problem. Because he added just 17 seconds on. So it was absolutely spot on for Mina to sit on the deck for almost 50 seconds because referees are incapable of taking action against it. How many times in a season have I whinged about this.
  6. Bournemouth have missed the better chances, but you just get the feeling one way or another Everton will spawn this.
  7. Filan had just won player of the season, and Friedel was remembered for his Liverpool mistake at Old Trafford, so I think we were all a bit short sighted on that one.
  8. Well, you’ve got to hand it to them. Coventry were unlucky 😀😀
  9. If only all games at this level had VAR eh Coventry. Lucky sods.
  10. To be fair, as you’ve said you don’t use social media to follow Rovers it clearly isn’t aimed at you. So to call 9year old kids that probably like it morons is, err, moronic. I don’t think it’s a great video but I know from our own social media at work that you can show the product we actually sell all you want, but you get far better response when you feature actual staff or their pets! I don’t get it, but people don’t get why I miss 5 minutes before half time to get a pint. Each to their own.
  11. He’s probably currently watching Sky Sports thinking FFS.
  12. No idea about him, but you usually get fans of the team players are leaving saying actually he won’t make the step up and he’s overrated / limited. However the vast majority of Plymouth fans seem genuinely disappointed and think he may do well.
  13. If that’s the case it should be a lifetime ban. Edit -just seen he didn’t play in any of those games which is slightly different, but he’s still lucky with 8 months.
  14. MGP, Charlie and that Coventry set piece taker from last month all show it can be mastered.
  15. Exactly what I was going to say. It’s a ‘clever’ answer by someone I am learning is very clever about what he says.
  16. So Greg doesn't believe that if he had managed to get his striking transfer targets and O'Brien' through the door it wouldn't have made 1 point difference. This despite the fact we ended up playing Hedges, Dolan, Szmodics etc.. up top in various games towards the end of the season. Yeah, ok.
  17. There's a pre-season thread here which mentioned Spain in the opening post so you're better checking in that thread. The LT has confirmed there will be overseas games but nothing has been announced.
  18. Ok. And so they thought that asking a guy who lived in Norway would have a detailed opinion on a Dane managing in Sweden? Fucking idiots. MGP probably told then he’d once had a falling out with Warnock on a touchline and didn’t like him.
  19. So they asked a Norwegian about a Dane who was managing in Sweden.
  20. It’s not black and white. If a ball comes into the box and the keeper calls the defender has to leave it. In that instance the defender is aware that there’s a good chance the keeper is coming. However Pickering is in no way expecting a shout at all at Millwall. Why would the keeper be 5 years outside his area and heading the ball away when Pickering has the situation control? He’s probably deciding whether to try and control it, or head it back, when at the last second he gets a bizarre call from Pears and has to make an absolute split second decision. Of course he should then leave it and if Pears heads it into danger so be it. But he decides to try and take control of the situation and it goes wrong. The confusion in what is a simple situation is caused by Pears making a rash decision to come out when there is absolutely no need. But Pickering should heed the call. Both at fault.
  21. There’s plenty of of £36 and £52 tickets. It’s better than I thought it would be to be honest.
