In my job, I neither pull together nor dispatch any product presentation we sent to major customers. But as those customers are my responsibility I damn well make sure the people working on them have their brief in place in enough time to produce them, and alter the presentation if I think deadlines are in danger.

Completely off topic, but how do managers get a work permit? For example how does JDT get a permit? Could some random manager from the Swedish 2nd division manage a club in the UK? What is the criteria there?

Bit odd how both are waiting for confirmation from the EFL on the paperwork. You'd think the lad from Rochdale, without the supposed complications of the guaranteed fee, would have gone through without a hitch and been filed quicker.
