Well 18th was our position in the league table someone posted of club squad values. We were 18th and Wigan 19th. At the time the 2 clubs were oceans apart. Could well see us both ending in those positions.

All I'm seeing is differing levels of burnt pasties.

Kean, somehow still getting jobs in football

Fixed for you. -
That is some contrasting pastimes you have there. So, you go from debating the asthetics of fancy watches, to people frothing at the mouth on here about Brereton, Smallwood, and Williams. Talk about light and shade. Please tell me the other 2 bookmarks on your browser are a stamp collecting and BDSM website and my day will be complete. ?

Why focus on the 4% and not the 96%? 4% of Leeds fans (I'm being kind!) are racist thugs that wanna stab someone in the face. But I wouldn't waste my day focusing on them. Because I'm sure it's not a reflection on the 96% of upstanding, responsible, caring members of the Leeds fraternity.

? They probably think we've done well to muster 1 shot at goal, considering how woeful the entire team has been front to back.
-
Like our Championship relegation game where for 10 mins they had no idea that a goal in another game saved us. I mean you've been booked and paid hansomely to work on Championship relegation day. Do your sodding research!
-
I thought that. Maybe he's only meaning Championship and not including League 1.

Sound like moaning minnies, but I wouldn't care if it was fair both ways round. I'm sure there's been a couple of times at Ewood this season where a min or two has been tacked on when we were trying to cling on to points . Don't know why, but it's something that really winds me up.
-
Thank you. Well that's a disgrace then. Not saying we would have scored, could have had 15 extra mins and our lot would have huffed and puffed to nothing. Not the point tho, it sets a very dangerous precedent. This wasn't the usual players pissing about looking to waste time. There was NO ball on the pitch TWICE for a good amount of time, all while a ballboy just stood there not even trying to look for it. That ref has just given any team free reign to do the same thing in future. It's cheating, end of. And refs are supposed to be there to stop cheating. Was watching a European game the other night (forget which country), and there was 2 mins injury time. There was a player went down , a sub etc and the clock ticked to 92 whilst the team chasing an equaliser set up a free kick. The ref went over and said: when u strike the ball for this free kick, your 2 mins starts then. Proper reffing that.

Anybody?!......How much injury time was on board? I know in grand scheme of things there are bigger issues but it's bugging the hell out of me.
-
How many were on the board? Missed it. It was out of play "lost" for about 2 mins in injury time tho.
-
Gonna be one of those nights. BB skies a sitter.
-
It's all right. We're back to 0-0.
-
Bell could get away with crap defending like that if he was contributing anything going forward.
-
Brereton done well this half. Effort, nice touches, running at people, always looking to go forward. This is more like it.
-
You read my mind.
-
We're ace at passing it round in circles in our own 3rd.
-
Feels like that team was picked by a Burnley viewers poll.
-
Well that certainly clears that up.
-
Are we supposed to be impressed by the 4.5k. Just you've mentioned it twice now, with no real relevance to any of the other words on this page.

? Proper cheered up my Monday blues that. Thanks. -
Very interesting to see how many of them have gone on to make it to the Prem. Hull, Swansea, Leicester, Blackpool, Norwich, Brighton, Southampton, Huddersfield, Bournemouth, and Wolves. And then potentially there is Leeds and Sheff Utd that could do it this season. That is a way bigger list than I would have thought. There's hope for us yet. Although, I suppose it could be argued that the gap is way bigger now than it was 10 years ago.

What if something was riding on our game though? Not major, like maybe Europa League. As much as that comp is derided, our first entry for almost a couple decades, a chance for a trip abroad to watch us play in some new places...........Nah, couldn't do it, let em win the league. More interested in our club progressing. If our game's a dead rubber for us tho, I'd have the canteen staff and the cleaners out on the field. ?

He means we get a nosebleed every time there's even a sniff of the Playoffs. And "getting dicked" is exactly what happens each time it comes into sight. Thus, your optimism is not shared on this board.
