This was how everyone in our group felt on the day. We knew the main job was done by the time we travelled to London, but we still wanted the championship. We were very disappointed with the team that was chosen for the day. Caddis OMG! Even injuries couldn't adequately explain that... In that context, it matters not a jot that Wigan are lower in the table today either. Anyway, the Third Division title was the only thing Rovers ever won in my first 25 years as a fan...and I still remember it with warmth!

As someone posted a while ago, stand still and we go backwards. I am concerned that we are going to waste any momentum from last year and that the powers that be have decided on maintaining the club, bobbing around lower/mid- table. Even in the pre Walker days, we spent many seasons challenging for the top positions. In the 6 years since 2012, we have never been remotely in contention....just saying...

I still remember Cheston's "performance" in the supporters' meeting, when he was trying to field important questions about the role of the one in the shadows. Later, someone told me that Mr Non- Work Permit was actually in the shadows in the room next door to the meeting!

Well, you know the problem with social media and "nasty pricks" lol...I dread to think what people are posting. Have you ever read the Rovers Facebook page? There are a few pearlers on that! My point is whether the player was signed by someone, totally unconnected with team affairs, as a vanity project, DESPITE what TM obviously required in other areas of the pitch.

Either way, it is far from good.
