  1. Very good. "Venky apologist"! It really is such a good description. Glad you got it out into the wider world.
  2. Well, I think he had an active role in the whole Jerome Anderson charade.. "Blackburn fans should put their (protest) banners away"...
  3. Exactly what we didn't need to support our play-off push. Stunk of agent involvement-again!
  4. Actually, that is the whole point of hubris!
  5. 100%. Thinking that Rovers are "Venky's baby" ( their phrase not mine) I am reminded that one definition of child neglect is the persistent failure to meet the child's needs. There's another phrase about the need to prepare children, so that they are ready to start school. Was this club ready for the season? Is this the first season we had concerns in that direction? And yet, there are moments, when I still feel the passion .....like Deepdale on Friday!
  6. Players clearly playing for him. I don't like his apparent collusion with awful transfer decisions. You might say he has no choice, but I think it insults our intelligence.
  7. I think you are being a bit hard on Jackson. He has been critical of the right things in my view-certainly over the last year or so.. I think it was Gallacher's "hindsight" comment that got to me. Let's be honest. You didn't need to have been a Scottish Nostradamus to have predicted SW and HC's absence! Suhail and Gestede are getting away with murder, as well as their gaslighting. Do they think we are all f**** stupid?!
  8. Great night. Thoroughly enjoyed it, but it was really only an anaesthetic. Even in my joy, I played back some of Radio Lancs Sport on the computer.... and it pissed me off. What chance have we got! Bayes being all too gentle around the last minute transfer window departure of Dom Hyam and the concern about two injury prone centre halves, "Everybody makes mistakes" etc. Is this in the context of what happened to Elliot Jackson? Think "Quiet, piggie" and the BBC ....Then, Kevin Gallacher going on about "in hindsight".. F***** Hell! In risk assessment terms, the risk of that kamikaze decision was blindingly obvious and explicit. At the time, I was almost certain that both SW and HC would be injured again, probably at the same time and that the consequences were likely to be very serious for the future of the club.. I can't think of one supporter, who could not have foreseen that...
  9. I saw that...Felt the same worry. What a great game he had tonight!
  10. He was recently thrown out of a local Travelodge for making eye-holes in all the white pillow cases..
  11. Nah, there is a clause in his contract that kicks in after 59 minutes!
  12. 2012 and 2017...Similar close season decisions. Beginning the season demonstrably weaker and unready...
  13. Foolhardy, neglectful, kamikaze...and which of us did not see this coming? No wonder people see them, as taking us down by design ( and not for the first time) Fuck off, Suhail the snake and Gaslight Gestede! I see you...
  14. Yeah, as long as you don't physically attack them, just because you are losing the 5-aside in training. Ask Cole and Yorke!
  15. Too much trouble? They were compromised by their own relationship with Kentaro....
  16. And the previous England manager had Palace connections!
  17. Maybe, what he was really pushing was a giant snowball...
  18. "My client asks me to tell you..." In plain sight! Get them OUT...
  19. Don't worry. They are both here in spirit. Just look at Gestede's transfer dealings!
