  1. The noose shelf was empty!
  2. A bit country and western for this board
  3. Or..... "He must have booked this a while back...for during the play offs!"..hahaha
  4. Well, we can't depend on our own useless team/tactics...
  5. I haven't enjoyed so many of the performances. Away days at Burnley, Wigan, Reading, Luton, Cardiff, Rotherham, Sunderland were shameful really. The recent Burnley home event was received with a cold resignation and confirmation imo that we are going nowhere with these owners. I had decided to renew, but now I think I need a show of faith from the club after what feels like another dustbin season. After "journey to nowhere", we have lived through "project sham".. And so much of this toothless, walking football has been shown (up) on TV to be seen by my friends and family all over the world....
  6. "Now let's take one more look at that Keeley tackle we all want to forget!"
  7. One of my mates assures me that Fucillo was able to play in Luton's next game? I remember that game like it was yesterday..Noel's wild celebration!!
  8. ...and it's raining and feckin' miserable in Holyhead...
  9. That's certainly not how I feel. Keep posting ..
  10. Question begged...Why and how TF did Fielder get through the door, let alone get his sweaty feet under the table?
  11. Too right. I remember watching "Sunderland Till I Die" and cringing at that slimy CEO, Martin Bain. I couldn't help thinking of Paul Senior.. Then there is Paul "You're playing with the big boys now " Agnew! Not to mention the litany of other crooks, no-marks and clowns, bequeathed by this toxic ownership.
  12. Well, we should not be so desperate for the money this summer, as we are likely to get a wedge from the Raya sale?
  13. ditto Steve Kean, Jimmy Savile, Boris Johnson, Richard Madeley...
  14. Saw both of those games...Great days out! The Millwall match saw a "bumbling" Rovers (The Guardian-after recent poor form) get into the play offs, only to go out with a whimper against Chelsea.... The Plymouth game, however, saw a real recovery in form and confidence, which propelled us all the way through the play offs.. This doesn't feel like Speedie et al. It just doesn't...
  15. Since PNE were last in the top flight, it has been graced by the likes of Carlisle, Wigan, Oldham, Bradford, Barnsley, Notts County, Swindon, Millwall, Charlton.. Now there's a project for ya...
