  1. At this rate, he will be able to develop at Division 1 level with us...
  2. Dreading it. I have this vision of my youngest shaking his head, sighing "How can we be this shit?"
  3. I know what you mean. The reality- defying accounts of performances, maybe, out of desperation....but not the pathological lies trait....
  4. After the exorcism, Regan was battered, bruised and exhausted, .......but she did survive....
  5. If they are going to go, part of me wishes they would just do it sooner rather than later, so we can start rebuilding, as opposed to this slow lingering death...( I know. Be careful what you wish for!) Honestly, though, every single thing is worse, since the day they darkened our door. And I don't want to be a character in a frigging Beckett play either, where there is no bleeding point to anything! Waiting for The Coventry Three WTF are they even here?!
  6. Sounds like he is hurt by all the recent criticism-on top of the bad run- and his anger is just triggered by a previous question. I remember noticing a similar tone, although less extreme, just before that home game against Barnsley a couple of years back, which stopped a previous bad run. Listening to the likes of Danny "The Carnage" Graham, it sounds like he does go into sulking mode, when things aren't going well. Personally, I don't want to start vilifying him like Kean and Coyle. I still think he deserves better, but this isn't going to end well.
  7. I know what you mean, RB, but how long can people (not you) keep giving the owners a free pass? Everywhere in the town, I still hear it..."badly advised"..."it's not Venky's but Anderson, Kean, Shaw....now-years later- The Coventry Three etc" The club is simply not in safe hands and never has been, since 2010.
  8. There are enemies on the payroll and I want them gone...Indeed, Exactly my feelings! They are still here...
  9. Exactly.. Refusal to answer/avoidance is also information. Oh for well constructed questions with the willingness and ability ask follow up ones!
  10. The legacy word is particularly important in a Blackburn Rovers context, though, because it was Mme Desai's original vow to "respect Jack Walker's legacy" ...but....
  11. But for me, legacy is not merely a faded tired old relic like Miss Havisham's dress. It is something to be nurtured and built upon. Certainly, not pissed away/sold off for a quick buck with zero future investment.
  12. The line it is drawn so the people must see They got no respect for Jack's legacy More managed decline is all it can be. There's a battle outside ragin' And there is no believin' The Coventry Three For the times they are a changin'
